@TheWillyWillson IDK which episode number, though fairly certain it's in series two, it's were they find the kid who's been living underground most of his life(can't speak, lack of vitamin d, etc.), fringe division in the fbi has a battle with someone claiming to be in the social services, who's actually CIA 'cause they want to do experiments, etc. Also I think the observers have something to do with it too.
