Is quite often not to tell from a great solo and a good solo. A guitar solo is not only speed (I think that's the less important thing in a solo), a solo has also a part of composition, feeling and skill, and I think this rank forgot the part of composition and feeling. All those heavy metal players are very fast playing, but their solos are as cold as the north pole. Where are David Gilmour, Page, and many more? Of course is just my opinion and i respect yours.
