  • Word of advice: in NJ set the cruise at 79mph unless you have a "rabbit" in front of you. Cops in NJ never pull you over for the first teir of speeding (1-14mph over the limit). On the other hand, if you know the road well drop the hammer and slow down for those nasty u-turn spots.

  • AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHIGHT!

  • I so agree with you man. Back in high school i had this same thing happen. A guy passed me going well over the speed limit but because i was driving an e32 750 he thought it'd be funny to pull me over instead of the guy in the jacked up truck going faster. Cops are assholes sometimes.

  • I don't see why everyone is so pissed at this guy. Sounds like he was trying to save his own ass because, after all, there are definitely some shithead cops out there trying to fulfill their monthly dues on innocent people.

  • I understand you man... left lane is passing lane, and sometimes you just have to pass on the right, because the dumb ass toes not wanna move... trooper should make the slow traffic get to move to the right lane where they belong....

  • and the point of this video was ....? grow up buddy, and get out of middleschool days

  • So what kind of M3 you driving? And you say V8, they upped from the V6 in what...the 2010+ models correct?

  • @MeditationDub He is driving a 2007 or up. They went from I6 engines to v8 in the 2007-present model m3's

  • Even if he gave you a speeding ticket, you wouldve won in the court because he had no proof.

  • Fair cop imo.Theres them would throw the book at you.

  • HEY ASSHOLE----I SEE HOW YOU DRIVE! I JUST WATCHED YOUR UPLOAD CALLED "RANDOM ENCOUNTER ON MY WAY TO WORK" ----->Your speed was between 75 and 86 according to your speedometer when it was in view. ALSO< you keep changing lanes like the asshole you look like. Man you IS UGLY, too!

  • You sound so tough with your words on here, yet you sounded like a fucking scared PUSSY to that Trooper who could have given you much more than what you got. ALSO, Mr. BMW, when an officer asks you how fast you were going, DO NOT INCRIMINATE YOURSELF! What WAS the speed limit on that road? You never seemed to include that.

You're such a tough ass here but you thank the trooper! Hey, come see me in Philly Beems!

  • You probably meant you were mouthing off and belligerent and he told you to cut it. If a cop is trying to intimidate you to get you to "incriminate" yourself, he's not going to come back jovial and cut you a break. Also - there's no incrimination in a traffic stop. Radar clocks you, you get pulled over, you get ticket written.

  • You got a huge break because you'd never be able to prove in court how long he was pacing you and all that other bullshit you would have lost. I'd be happy and would have never posted this video. It makes the cop look good and makes you look kind of stupid for complaining after getting a break.

  • Another person in a BMW that is "in a hurry". Just try to leave earlier man. In Northern Virginia (Fairfax County) a lot of BMW Drivers get pulled over because they think they own the fucking road. and what is worse is that a lot of those drivers are diplomats in which giving them a ticket will not do anything. If this were an FCPD officer they would have given you the tickets because of the frequent amount of luxury cars are aggressive drivers. Just slow down man.

  • These punks ...1/4 mile my ass ... im sure that recording will do very much in court ..lol

  • No law requires us to pace you for a specified distance. In fact, you may be cited for speed too fast for conditions even without a pace-clock, as well as a number of other things. It would appear as though you were given quite a break in the face of multiple violations. The Trooper would have had no reason to fabricate something against you as there are too many others out there who warrant a stop and summons. You did something to make yourself standout as one of those who warranted a stop.

  • If your car is so loud he could have given you another ticket

  • No u were speeding they can't lie about that. You should be thankful that he only gave one ticket instead of bitching because if you haven't realized no body's on your side

  • Ur a fucking idiot it takes one second to pace you and they don't have to wait a quarter mile there is no law ur fucking lying that's why you got a ticket dumb ass

  • @gunnner1015 - Yeah, thanks. He didn't pace me, that's the entire point. Accelerating from a 5mph roll after escorting contruction vehicles on the shoulder to to about 3 cars back, pacing me? Yeah, right. He heard a loud V8 car and decided he wanted to show off his badge. How many more keyboard warriors out there want to make another assumption?

  • he was a ood guy. you got hooked up dude

  • That was a gift - here in VA they would have thrown the book at you.

  • That was a gift

  • I live and drive in Jersey, and somehow I have managed to never get pulled over by a New Jersey State Trooper... Maybe that is because I FOLLOW THE FUCKING LAW!

  • @DTMRM8 - Cool story bro. I also follow the effing law. I did nothing wrong, unless passing someone going mind numbling slow in the fast lane is wrong....then my bad. You could probably say I was being smart and avoiding a dangerous situation by moving away from the unattentive driver. Funny how everyone here has a comment/opinion but knows nothing about the situation or what type of driver I am.

  • @ahmedshamoo clearly you did something to get the attention of the trooper. They do not arbitrarily pull people over for no reason. He got mad because you said "about 70" when you know exactly how fast you were going. If you do not know how fast you were driving then you are not driving with due regard. Man up and take the ticket you earned.

  • @DTMRM8 - Actually, as I stated earlier, I passed a typical NJ "left lane bandit" on the right. And yes, I know how fast I was going. I was going "about 70". Would you rather me say, "I was going 68 at mile marker 117, then I accelerated to 69, at which point my phone vibrated and I looked over, so I coasted to 67." The trooper simply saw a BMW M3 with aftermarket wheels and decided to pull me over. The V8 I have is also somewhat loud, so perhaps it caught his attention as well.

  • You were doing about 70? pretty sure the highest speed limit in NJ is 65. so you were in fact speeding.

  • @YouAlrdyKno - "About 70" is what I said, as you cannot write a ticket for 0-5 over at least in my area. I was not speeding, as I stated multiple times.

  • @ahmedshamoo

Since when? I'm a police officer in NJ. We most certainly can write for 0-5 over. There's also a slew of other summonses the Trooper could've issued, but chose not to.

  • @Wm541 - Agreed, Brother. Note how this kid was not so tough and aggressive with the Troop. Be safe.

  • @ahmedshamoo fuck the haters. Nice E92 M3 man. I miss my E36.

  • Punk. I would've wrote your ass. You sound like an ingrate.

  • @cheswic You seem like a dickhead so that makes you two even.

  • Let's see the, since I'm from NJ and I'm very familiar with most of the d-bags we have in this state. I think i know what happened here. Lets see you gave the trooper some smart ass remark, and tried to be a smart ass. So when he came back to the car he was tired of your mouth, and spoke to you in that way to show you who is boss. And by the way i studied police law, he can ticket you for anything. And why were you speed anyways? Running late to meet the boys for a little GTL

  • ahh blah w.e dude just be grateful u aint get any points jerkoff

  • nice as cop, lucky guy learn from it

  • This is why most highways should be autobahn style. The government should make people pay to go more than 75 mph as a special CLASS AB license. Everyone knows there are cases where 80mph has no more of a dangerous effect than 65.

  • i hate cops man for real . fucking 85 mph . and im sure you were not the only one . why bc u passed a few cars on the right . give me a break .

  • Then dont complain when u get stopped.

  • Maybe u should just slow down and not pass cars on the right and u wont get pulled over! Problem solved!!!!!!

  • @tdb94tim - Thanks for the tip. I wasn't speeding. And I will continue to pass people on the right when you drive slowly in the left lane.

  • I also find it hilarious that you post videos of you passing other cars, crossing the double yellow. Wahhhh!!!! The cops are out to get me!!!!! Wahhhh!!!!!!

  • @MrMeatballs1945 - You mean that one video several years ago where an E46 M3 was passed? That one video? Yep I did. Oh well. Any any point, did I complain that cops were out to get me? I thought the iPhone was cool and recorded something, which is why I record every video in my "channel".

  • By putting this video up, you only make yourself look like another ass who hates cops because he doesn't like authority figures, wahhhh!!!! He doesn't need to have you on radar in order to give you a speeding ticket. He could have given you several tickets, however he didn't, so stop whining.

  • @MrMeatballs1945 - What's the point of this comment? I've been driving for almost 18 years and have been through it all. I appreciate cops for what they do. This guy was being an ass right from the start, and I wish I had recorded the first portion. Besides, I only did it because my work gave me an iPhone and I wanted to try it out. No other reason. And no, he couldn't have given me any other tickets because I did none of the things he said.

  • please cite exactly which NJ law you're referring to that mandates a cop must pace you for at least a quarter-mile?

  • @reelfangz - Sorry, I can't seem to find it although I'm pretty confident I saw it somewhere. Could be wrong. Anyway, he definitely didn't pace me as he was behind several cars accelerating and I saw him leaving from the construction escort.

  • @ahmedshamoo you can't because there is no such "law." listen, I know that guy, he gave you a break, and wouldn't risk his career to bag a simple speeder. also, no need to tape the trooper...didn't you know they are already taping everything themselves--including the traffic infraction(s)?

  • @reelfangz - That's great, so you know the guy. He "gave me a break" because he had nothing else on me. I'm close friends with many officers, and it is standard process to get the person to admit fault through "word play". Fact is, he can't prove it. Yes, I'm thankful he "cut me a break" and yes I admitted to passing on the right when a Mercedes refused to move from the passing lane. What's your comment on "risk his career" mean? Not sure I follow. Not trying to start a flame war here.

  • @ahmedshamoo meaning, not likely that a trooper, or any officer for that matter, is so hard up for a pinch that he'd make the whole thing up and risk his career, future credibility, internal affairs inquiry, etc...just for the sake of a ticket, that's all i meant. this isn't the JFK assassination; nobody's out to single you out brah...no flame war here either...peace out.
