I really want to go to a primitive place like Seychelles. I freaking hate the city life. The noise, the pollution, the crowds, the pressure, its horrible. True, I won't have access to technology much from those islands, but I could care less. I just want to be able to breath clearly again.

@feldman30012 I don't know how the dollars will get you far in the Seychelles. It's pretty expensive there and most places would cost about the same as moving in any of the top places in the US.

@MasterAsra But by that same token, if you don't mind about location you can rent a pretty small apartment for a little under 400 US dollars a month on some islands. However if it's just retirement, I doubt you'd need to buy a home.

(we R starting to recycle waste water) unchecked violence, concrete everywhere U go, deteriorating ecosystem, rapid changes in weather patterns, greed, apathy, selfishness, I could go on. I would like a change and any help U can give me would be greatly appreciated.

I'd have to say that Seychelles is on the top of my list of places I'd like to visit as well, also because I've had a company registered there for many years and have always been impressed by the high-caliber of the corporate documents and at how professional the service has always been. It's surprising for such great corporate products and services to come from such a beautiful island nation.

my mother is from the seychelles.. it is a beautiful place, don't get me wrong. it showcases the wonders of this world. But people are right, you can't live there comfortably if you do not have a good job or much money, as everything is so expensive. The internet is pretty crappy too. But if you grew up/live there.. this probably wouldn't bother you as most people there are too laid back too really care haha
