@iheartkathyy There was meant to be a video clip playing during his segment. Reporters, when they know that's going to happen, usually only learn the first line or so of their report, because when the video is rolling they can just read from their notes. Here, however, as he was on air, the reporter was notified via his earpiece that the clip was not going to play, so he had to use his notes while on air and fumbled a few lines, which pissed him off.
