The back pack went to the body thats I used for the figure, the pauldron just goes on over the head peg just like the sandies

Alright so I'm clear about the pauldron but does the back of the figure have to be drilled and than you put the back pack on or do you super glue it? How does the back pack go on b/c you said tha two figures can get easily ruined so I'm gussing that this is the tricky part right?

No the pack came with the figure, so it was the easiest part lol

it took a little over 2 and a half hours to get it completed, after figuring out what I wanted to use and what not to, the main thing when customizing is not to rush.
