sealed boxes are in most cases a lot more responsive and punchy so better for fast paced music such ans hardstyle or something like that. sealed boxes also are generally smaller than a ported box with a similar output.

Ported boxs are louder, and generally play lower notes better. you can also tune a ported box to a certain frequency while with sealed boxes it is much more effort to find the right size for that certain subwoofer

@PSNAdmin It's always better to overpower your subs a little. Not TOO much unless you got subs that can take it, but the beefier your amplifier is, the less likely it is to clip while feeding the subs all the wattage they were made to handle.

Remember, clipping kills woofers, amps, and electrical systems!
