the fallen is not a new transfomer its megtron becuase he was defeated in the first one.

The fallen actually refers to one of the 13 original Transformers created. In Transformer mythology, the fallen was one of the original 13 created by Primus, the Transformer god. the fallen defected to Unicron, Primus' evil brother and became the Transformer of entropy. His alternate form is an ever-burning tank. I don't know what he'll be in the movie, but  go to Teletraan 1, the Transformers Wiki, to get more info.
