I don't live in USA, but I have followed the war on terror very closely. In my believe US should not leave Iraq, the country is chaos right now, leaving the country is indirectly ending the lives of thousands of iraqui people.
Lets accept it, the Sunny branch of Islam is never going to mesh with the one Shiite, and that means america will have to struggle many more years to achieve peace in that country.

The problem on the Iraq issue is that the Bush Government r exploiting the Iraqis instead of helping their politic and economy up properly. I think what USA should do is ensure the Iraqi developement goes on, not discriminating their resources and people.

With over a Million Iraqi civilian deaths (ie - innocent women and children) we definitely owe something to the Iraqi people. That's why we need to get out of there ASAP! And whats equally important is that we make sure we elect someone who is opposed to the war in Iran. All Dem. Cands beside Kucinich are still open to the war in Iran.

I completely agree with you that we owe something to the Iraqi people and the 1st thing we can do is get our troops out. That's what they want. Kucinich also agrees. Dennis Kucinich has parallel plans of action for setting peace keeping and establishing something in that region with other countries to help in the re-building and re-stablizing, while simultaneously pulling our troops out. KUCINICH IS WELL-THOUGHT OUT!

I agree to an extent. Yes the war shoul'dve never been fought and the American people were decieved, but now that "he" caused this big mess, and mashed up Iraq, we can not just pull out and abandon the Iraqi civilians after we helped to create and develop the conflict there. Its like going to a neighbor's house, starting a fight in their home, and leaving the family to solve the problem that you started. We should begin comming home very soon, but not right away.

In regards to education, I believe that each State should have their own educational fund. Allow students with A to C averages receive scholarships for colleges of their choice. The Federal Government should use tax dollars to help all students regardless of the income of their parents.

I'm sorry, but that way of thinking will only eventually lead our country to ruin. An ideal candidate is not always available to the voters, and, as we all know from experience, no human being is perfect. In such a case it is not only a good idea, but in fact the obligation of the American citizen to vote for the "lesser evil" in order to attempt to lead America to the "higher level of enlightenment" of which you spoke, even if it is only possible to do so by degrees.

Why aren't the presidential candidates addressing the immoral and failed "war on drugs"? Search "Law Enforcement Against Prohibition" and listen to police officers tell the truth about the war on drugs.
The 2007 Drug Policy Reform Conference will be in New Orleans, LA from Dec 5-8 2007. Be there and help end the failed war on drugs. Let the police officers focus on violent crimes. Drugs is a public health issue.
