Isaiah 55 11-12 - I'm looking that up right now Jack! Thank you for ministering to me today for I rather needed it. It appears as you have been very busy lately and I'm going to watch all your latest tunes as I save all my e-mails of them. God bless you and yours today and man, God is so good!!! I appreciate you my friend!
Just google her name. She writes and records a lot of scripture songs. This one was on her very first recording from the late eighties or early nineties.
Another one is Hallelujah by Leonard Cohen. It's a great song, but I'm not so sure I agree with the sentiment. Sure, we humans and even our religious institutions are broken, but that's all the more reason not to doubt God. He did, after all, warn us what would happen if we ate from the tree in the midst of the garden.
whatan uplifting song. thank you!

Thanks Holly. My fingers aren't moving all that fast really. It's just a matter of learning the picking pattern, and then working with it!

Thanks Paul! I wouldn't have guessed you were much into scripture songs, but then, hardly anything surprises me anymore! Blessings on you!

if a song is good, it's good. no matter what.

I hear you there. I can think of a number of songs I like, even if I don't necessarily track with the message! Imagine by John Lennon comes to mind.
