this is only half parkour. there arent flip in parkour! i hate it when people think parkour, they think flips. u should have caled it parkour/freerunning. flips just arent practical in parkour. so stop calling flips parkour. and kongs arent the only vault there is....

All you need to do is work on your filming and capture of the jumps. You really need to get some programs to edit footage and etc, I mean slow motion is good yeah but you want more than just that. has alot to do with your camera positions and etc and the length of shots. faster shots are good.
