How do I unlock it. i bought a used one, and i can access everything ,i put a new non activated sim in it so far. but i cant delete the recent calls. that are already on it, it wants a security code. do you know how to unlock it to master reset-clear it?

@Tinylilone69 GR500 master Reset code is 3845#*500# it takes to engineering menu.Factory reset option is 2nd one. Hope this helps you.
