You want to see a true arm strike finisher, see the Lariat of Kenta Kobashi, Takeshi Morishima or Bison Smith.

Hulk Hogan does a clothesline.

The difference is a lariat is an arm strike, where the attacker swings his arm into the person. A clothesline is simply holding one's arm out and letting the victim run into it.
