  • I got the announcement about Paul "falling off the wagon" and felt it said more about the person making the announcement about him. I agree with the philosophy about being healthy as opposed to being dogmatic. thanks for the video guys!!! good going....

  • I could really give a rip. As for Vitamin D, if you're a vegan you can get all the Vitamin D you need with Vitamin D2. Country Life has it and there was a study done on the difference between D2 and D2 according to the body and it turned out that the body treats both as the same so Vitamin D2. And star, there's no reason to ever eat raw dairy, which has it's own issues.

  • Vitamin D is required for Calcium absorption. Most raw (and non-raw) foodists are deficient in Vitamin D because they do not get enought sun and/or do not live in "the tropics". I suggest taking a good supplement.
