@cezary8222 t-pain uses auto-tune which is different to what you see used by the keyboard player. auto-tune requires no effort while the dude in the video is actually playing the notes on his keyboard and controlling the pitch

@cezary8222 That is a talk-box. It is also used on guitars such as on Peter Frampton's live album. When you hit the switch on the talk box a cone driver sends all the sound up through the hose into your mouth to shape the sounds.I used to play one back in the late 70s with my guitar.
