I got my ears done while I was in Vegas and I achieved my goal of stretching them to 3/4, now my new years resolution will be to get my septum done, do you reccomend stretching the septum? I'm thinkin' maybe a 6 or 4 but a want to get a 2nd opinion first.

You can have your septum done with a biopsy punch, only downside to that is tons of initial pain. Nice thing about having it done initially with a large gauge dermal punch is that you don't have the typical distention that you get from a stretched septum. If you plan on stretching it don't get it pierced any larger then a 14g as 12g-8g tend to travel more and it's almost impossible to obatain a straight initial piercing. Either way it's gunna suck but if i had to choose i'd do the punch.
