he wasnt running, he was right in his own yard.

the police ignored his absence of breathing, and dismissed it as the effects of a taser.

they didnt call the cops, his mom did after several failed attempts of pleading with the police.

Today, I learnt that my best friend was killed three months ago by police officer using tasers. He was not a violent man. He checked himself into a mental institution the previous night for depression, and decided he was done the following morning. The facility called the cop to cover their ass about not knowing if he was a danger to himself or the community. Because he refused to talk to the police, they tased him four times. In these situations police never admit wrong doing. They always lie to cover each other. With seven witnesses there seems to be substantial evidence contradicting what the police are saying. I hope the family sues and gets justice.
