I am brand new to nails and I have all of the suppplies for UV gel...Dumb question...can you use reg polish like Sinful or whatever to UV gel nails or does it have to be the certain gel color?

When you apply rhinestones like this (I do it the same way) The rhinestones will stick. Even when you remove the polish the rhinestones will stay in place and you really have to rub hard to get them off.

@PitriLuvsNails I had that issue. I realized about a week ago that she is allowing each coat to dry before applying the next layer. Doing that you don't have the same amount of issues but it does take about 45 minutes to finish my nails now.

@miangel171 I buy my threads, which are by a company called Kreinik, at my local cross stitch shop, they also sell them at many craft stores like Michael's, Jo-Ann's, and Hobby Lobby. They come on little plastic spools and are often called blending filament or braid, the filament is almost like stripping tape and the braid is thicker.
