I'm sorry, but your suppose to use groud beef on the skillet. NOT minced pieces of beef. & wtf is white sauce ? is that in place of ricotta ? & you only put the leaves of rosemary not the whole fricken branch.
to each their own, but this took her way too long to make. could have sauteed the beef and strained it and set aside rather than roast it. Make the roux specific to the volume of liquid for the bechamel and then just added the liquid to the roux by tempering...way too many dishes being used and it just clutters the kitchen. Hope it tasted good at least.
