I think it is easier to go into a DBiscep Wrap from a spiral. But thats just me:p

Pretty helpful video... I spin with flowlights (spirit)... It must be so much easier to do this stuff with glowsticks:( flowlights look sweet at night though... Y'all should check out guinto! He's pro at stringing watch guinto edc 2009

Just regular ones, you can find em at party stores, and blockbusters around my area. You just put shoe laces through em, and proceed. =)
