Cummins Diesel with AFE Intake - In Cab

This test is fake. If you notice the RPM,s in stock mode go to 2400 and with the AFE they go to 3000, no matter what intake there is you will acheive max goverened RPM, granted the cold air will improve HP somewhat. Next time do a fair comparison.

so if u have a chip and stock tranny be carful

ive always heard that those expensive ones arnt worth the money. you can easily build one yourself. just stick a filter on the end of ur intake hose

Swap it out for a Volant... and take out your silancer ring.. out of the turbo.. it will whistle more then a 6.0 PSD...

yea i agree afe is the top of the line when i installed any afe on my cummins the turbo was screamin compared to the stock

Sounds pretty good. My AEM on my 03 seemed to be louder in the cab, but it's hard to tell from a video. I got a silver bullet now, and that sucker is noisy!

only had it on for 2 days, but so far it looks like i'm getting about a .5mpg increase. I've had my foot in it alot more than usual too, so it'll probably be better than that.

I can tell a big difference on the bottom end. Spools up quicker, and the tires actually wanna break loose a little at WOT.
