when watching the anime i need the subtitles to understand japanese, but when im watching an amv the story needs to be represented by the music and scenes, the subtitles are a major distraction and it requires very little effort to put it right and trust me it makes a world of difference.

how about NOT download it from the internet and actually spend money *GASP* if you're striving for perfection which you ALWAYS should be in any amv you make you should take into consideration "will these subtitles affect the outcome" it is hard to find raw versions but a better way would be to zoom in slightly on the video which is simple, so you cant see the subs then work with what you have, its better than having a line of a song interrupted by "ICHIGO IT IS YOUR DESTINY"

yeh i totally agree. Mine is all pixilated which sux. I did try uploading it a few times (different bit rates and stuff) and this is the best so far (although the real file on my cpu is fine)... anywho i think i might try again heh
