Actually the wheel didn't look that dirty before this stuff was applied. The brown color of the liquid gives the appearance of dirt and brake dust being dissolved.

@1stgenbird Really? That truck was a Roofers truck. The wheels and truck were very dirty and neglected. The brake dust has been on the wheels for many years. The color of the product is Brown. Brown Royal does not hide brake dust. It removes it very well. Without harming the wheel. Thanks for your observation. But it is incorrect.
