We are going again first week in June so hopefully you leave us a few. We started off using 2 or 3 hooks with muppets on 70lb line. The first driop and all our riggs got smashed. Instead of losing the fish of a lifetime we all up our end gear to 100lb mono and used gummimacs with 8/0 or 10/0 hooks. You don't need bait. We were using 50lb class gear but when I go up next I will use a 20/30lb rod and only fish one hook. I will probably go with 50lb braid and 100lb mono rigs.
@scottishshoreangler Forgot my baseball cap and that was all I had. Mind you I look equally ridiculous in one of those too. Mind you the state of Stevie's heid with no wearing a hat made me grateful for the one I had.

Excellent video, looks like you had a great time and the fish are indeed massive :).
