  • You might as well just except the fact you can feel it! I bet you can hear 5Hz with real life everyday sounds LOL you can feel it in car a bus a train maybe even walking but you don’t think about. Place tactile transducers under the floor and the seat and adjust the lows on the sub so that part of the range is audible then the tactile takes over when it falls below crossover.

  • If you hold out you’re arm and clinch the fist and shake the arm gently, can you hear it! You only feel it! Now how low is that!!!! I bet its below 20Hz! Now then! Place you’re fingers on the sub driver and play sine wave at 5Hz you only feel the motion! Play 15Hz you feeling faster play 20Hz its now getting audible and the feeling gets stronger. Play 30Hz and keep you fingers on it for 10 mins! After which you’re arm should be tingle, kinder like white finger, that minors get when drilling.

  • @sierrxhadlin LOL no you can’t unless its playing at an unrealistic level where all the rest of the lows are going to be so high they’ll damage the sub. At normal levels you can’t hear 5Hz you can only feel it as its well outside the auditory range. What’s next then? I can hear 25KHz! Yeah right unless you’re bat! LOL

  • @sierrxhadlin I cant hear 5Hz, nobody can, you can feel it though!

  • @derekrreynolds

Spectrumlab was picking it up at 22Hz solid straight line. I’m listening to the video patched in to the AVR aux on the custom JBL sound system and it sounded distorted on the voice because the mic can’t handle the range. next time use the SPL db patched into pc and switch of webcam mic, set the SPL db to 100db for loud sound or 80db for mild calm levels.

use ear plugs it will sooner or later damage you’re hearing.

  • he has hes whole build in forum. ask for the link.

  • HI

Can you give me a plan to this box?

  • You need to get that thing on a TermLab! I wish I could build one...

  • Love the videos, it's what inspired me to build my Tuba HT! Keep up the great work!

  • I can hear the 22.2 Hz fine, it sounds incredibly deep

  • @TimpBizkit Yeah, it's a bit like the sound of a bus parked outside with the engine running, or some other large vehicle.
