Has anyone sued Vision airlines? I am working on the paper work and hope to turn it in this week or next depending on my work schedule... but if anyone has any tips or advice?

They damn near ruined me proposing to my GF in Atlanta, Georgia this New year's. Thanks to my dad for spotting me the extra 580 one way ticket that morning and then another 326 to come back home... and effing up my reservations and places I was going to take her... either way she said yes and all but I feel like I was robbed of a even more special moment/ memories... and my hard earn money. I will forever fly with someone else and pay the extra $100 and know I wont go through the same bs again

Same thing just happened to me - family vacation planned for first week of November - 8 tickets booked - and they called us Monday to tell us that they have decided to start that flight in December instead of November. Needless to say, we had to pay $800 more dollars, cancel reservations for rental cars (have to now fly into another airport), etc. What a pain! Totally agree with you!!

what if you sold the hotel stay instead of paid the cancellation fee? like craigslist or something?? that does suck..never heard of vision airlines

Okay, let me get this straight.... they cancelled your flight and are refunding your money, months in advance??? And you are complaining because why? Are there other airlines that fly to Vegas or just this one? Seriously dude, you have nothing to complain about. I hope they sue your ass for being a jerk!

the time off, will be roughly 600$ more... We saved for a long time for this, and

that would leave us with no money when we got there... Kinda defeats the purpose

of going to vegas... Thus, anniversary cancelled...
