look, not much. the menus are hard at first but you get used to them. but if u want it, get the chinese version!!! it has most of the gamplay in english!!! (except the menu) but yeah, gamplay etc is in english! hope this helps!

yeah, its the hardest of all the ape escape games, though, for me, this was one of the easier levels. the boss battles are harder, cos the only give you one back up of ammo and one backup of life, then its really hard. it's like twice as hard as Primed and pumped on hard mode o_o

Well, at least there's going to be an Europe release! There's really no reason why USA release was cancelled,... ok, the game changed, but it was not like : "OMG APE ESCAPE TURNED INTO COUNTER STRIKE FTW LET'S CANCEL IT!"

The game got a lot alike pumped&primed (P&P is just one of the best AE games...) there are a lot more chars to chose and even customisable weapons and clothes, it's indeed more mature but still AE, it's a great game and mostly AE fans want it NOW D:

Kakeru's and Specter's story modes are basicly the same thing, with minor differences and the fact that your either playing as the good guys or the bad guys.

hey does anyone know how to beat the last boss? i tried using that special that makes that satalite shoot a laser but if he is low on health and already healing it hits him but he is healing, and if it hits him when he isn't low on health and not healing... it just doesn't hit him at all... plz help =(.

Use the special attack that makes a satelitte fire a laser, when he is healing. When his shield turns orange, that's your cue to shoop da whoop.

ok, i'll try that but everytime I do that he still manages to have just a little bit of health when the laser stops. oh and 1 more question... if I beat story mode will the passwords work? I have been entering them in katakana but they are not working.

The laser stops? It depends on where you fire the laser at. You have to aim at his eye for better results.

I guess the passwords would work after beating story mode. The last time I remembered typing down the passwords were after I finish the story mode on both teams.

They were. It got postponed. I have emailed Sony Computer Entertainment europe and they have said it was postponed due to technical faults in the translation of the game. They are apparently replying to me about whether it has a new release date or the game Translation has stopped. I will reply to you once they email me! I have been DESPERATELY wanting this ever sinse it came out in japan in 2006!!

I have this now, not in English. I just couldnt be bothered waiting another minute, I had already waited 3 years! This game is Fun and Boring! You can play it the first time but get bored the second time around! Because unlike ape escape 1 etc, where you die, you come back where you laste entered, In Million Monkeys, You have to start the whole level again with all the monkeys again! But still worth it!

i wouldn't say so. Have you seen the characters? They look more chibi like than ever. Ape Escape 1 and 2 were the best. 3 is a little off track and childish, and the rest of them are garbage. This one does look kind of interesting though. I'm still waiting for news of a PS3 version. Come on Sony, it's time! PS3 could really use some more decent games.

if you look at the main menu, you should find the one that says パスワード, which means password. Just type in the password, and hope you get it.

remember the mission where you have to escort a truck by destorying those monsters surrounding you? You need the cannon that the truck is carrying to defeat the last boss, you also have to equip the cannon ability with your skills, and it needs three skill points for it to work. Good luck on it!

You need to use a customized character in order to get a huge aresnal of weapons. You collect chips after completing each level, and combine them to make weapons.

It gets extremely hard at very hard mode. The monkeys will be kicking your ass more and got more hp than easy mode. I can never survive very hard mode, I can't last for a minute on very hard mode that I need to use Pipo Monkey. His Pipo Wave will save me.

It won't work in English. You have to type the passwords in katakana.

just press the L and R buttons to go to other letters. If you know some Japanese, at least some katakana letters, it won't be hard as you will expect. There really isn't no need to translate it, because I doubt english version comes. If you want to recongize katakana letters, there are good examples of katakana letters such as Kakeru's name or Specter's name.
