Early Signs of Congential Heart Disease

ive had techcardia all my life but i started having chest pain alot latley and i don thave the guts to tell my mom bc shell start freaking out like when i broke my arm i waited about 2 hours to tell her and i was having fun with my friends agnoring it.

but i had vsd when i was a babyand my mom has Hypertrophic Obstructive Cardiomyopathy

every nigth when i sleep on my left side for about 7 years i wake up 2 hour into the night with this br00tal pain shootn across my chest everytime i breathe in.had it checked but I Never get nething worth sayin x-ray was no go ultrasound n they said i have arthritis tenonitus but this pain is like directly above my heart,can anyone help explain if theyve had this n been diagnosed? thanks.did u ever tell ur parents man?I felt the same way for liek 4 years i still dont let them know how bad it is
