actually this 'rushing' notion I think is being confused with rubato; especially from 2:30 , she plays with the rhythm without loosing the sense of pulse. She's playing around n simply changing rhythms. It can feel a bit unsettling but she always returns to the beat. It's actually really well done and, as I've never heard that before, probably completely 'off-the-cuff'. Amazing performance !!

@Naed607 I think it seem rushed is because this version of music (the piano version) was on the original release on the album and the 25th aniversary edition. later on Arista changed the music for greatest love of all on that album giving it more up tempo. the version you hear on the video. so i guess thats why it probably seems rushed.
