People still play CoD? It's the exact same in every single game. The only thing that changes are nothing. The maps are just reskinned versions from the previous game with a few extra buildings thrown here and there along with a few minor differences and all the weapons are from previous CoD games. At least Halo is good. Halo 3 was the best game in history.

Halo Reach may have campers, but it's easy to take care of them. Black Ops has SO much campers, some of the A.I. even camped alot! But overall, both games are awesome.

So basically, what I'm trying to say is, you don't have to play for 10 months to like Halo. You can enjoy it right away. Black Ops just isn't that way.
Halo. It is so awesome because of forge, campaign, firefight, community, Bungie, 343, and when you're tired of killing people, you can hop into a freaking minigame, like race, or tetris, and all the stuff COD doesnt have so suck Halo's fat penis. (Which is bigger than COD's)
Halo also has a variety of different "atmospheres", like how the flood are like infecting everyone and guys screaming and the sky is dark, or how the forerunner structures make it feel mysterious, high-tech, etc. or how the different races interact, like how theres tension between the brutes and elites. Another thing is that it has many factions, like the flood, sentinels, humans, covenant loyalist, covenant separatist and such.
Halo has more epic scenes in my opinion. like how dropships are landing all around you, or droppods are falling all around and enemies coming out of them, or ships glassing planets. Halo is also superior in character development. Examples are Gravemind, Guilty Spark, the Arbiter, sgt. Johnson, Cortana and Master Chief.
I think Black Ops is ok but when i switch and play halo Im like, "I don't know how i got bored of blowing up noobs with sticky greneades and running them over with ghosts, but this is freakin fun."

Halo Reach is better than Fail Ops in every single way possible. CoD were good games until MW2 and Black Ops came out. After that it just went downhill. Black Ops is overrated as hell.
Half Life 2 is better then both of these in every way possible. Better story, better multiplayer (CS:S, TF2, HL2 Deatmatch, Gmod) better graphics (HL2 came out in 2004), better physics (Cod:Black Ops has none, only the grenade phsyics, which suck ass) and better weapons, and MUCH better music. While Halo: Reach is still better then Black ops because it is more fun and better physics and needs skill.

Halo 3 is a little bit more fun then reach. But the worst game I have ever had the displeasure of thinking about is black ops. I swear cod 4 has better graphics.
Reach isn't even close to my favorite Halo (H3 all the way) but it is still better than all the COD games. I swear, it took me years to get GOOD at Halo but COD is so easy to master. It also forces the player to play a certain way (in Halo you can be a good driver of a vehicle to make up for your crappy shooting). COD's story is written by a 11 year old obsessed with action over substance. Forge mode offers limitless replayability and I prefer firefight in ODST to zombies any day.
I'm not saying that cod is bad, its just that all guns in the game pretty much have the same effect and kill really easily, halo on the other hand requires more skill to kill someone :P just my opinion

@jonofrelulz COD is history? HAHAHAHA, The only games they have that is history is Cod 1 and 2, which are the only good games they have. The rest are boring, they just make the game to put out another game and earn money. And Halo is way better than the Cod series, since Halo got a history and a background, whereas Cod is only shooting. And there is way to much cinematics in Cod, which is a major drawback.

@thebombwaffle Nope Iam right beside ya bro. I completely agree. Halo reach took 3 years to make, whereas Call Of Duty black ops took 1 year to make. It is pretty easy to tell which game had more effort and time put into it.

Cod is a game about the history of war but it started trailing away from that and now its talking about unrealistic things like ww3. halo knows that its not supposed to be real and they dont pretend to be something else.

halo back in the day was compared to the original socom, many people that played the first socom say it was the best shooting game experience ever and that it could never be duplicated (socom 3 fail socom 4 fail) at the time they were the hands down best shooters, here we are again ten years later and halo is now being compared to cod when cod becomes old news and it will. halo will still be played by millions, call of duty is a good game designed for pop culture gamers, noobs and babys.

Halo Reach is a better "game" as in a fictional exspence. Call of Duty Black Ops is and more realistic but they both have there flaw. Reach's flaw that it Survers are full of Bullshit MLG or Profetional Gamer or people trying to be achevement whore's and unsporty game's/Trash talkers. Black Ops is way to full of Try Hard's and fake MLG or Pro gamer's and its full up to ass of shit talk squeeker's and Rage Quiter's and way to easy to die for a game. so in my Opinion Halo Reach is a Better Game.

Halo Reach is better than Fail Ops in every single way possible. CoD were good games until MW2 and Black Ops came out. After that it just went downhill. Black Ops is overrated as hell.

Half Life 2 is better then both of these in every way possible. Better story, better multiplayer (CS:S, TF2, HL2 Deatmatch, Gmod) better graphics (HL2 came out in 2004), better physics (Cod:Black Ops has none, only the grenade phsyics, which suck ass) and better weapons, and MUCH better music. While Halo: Reach is still better then Black ops because it is more fun and better physics and needs skill.

Halo 3 is a little bit more fun then reach. But the worst game I have ever had the displeasure of thinking about is black ops. I swear cod 4 has better graphics.

Reach isn't even close to my favorite Halo (H3 all the way) but it is still better than all the COD games. I swear, it took me years to get GOOD at Halo but COD is so easy to master. It also forces the player to play a certain way (in Halo you can be a good driver of a vehicle to make up for your crappy shooting). COD's story is written by a 11 year old obsessed with action over substance. Forge mode offers limitless replayability and I prefer firefight in ODST to zombies any day.

look cod fanboys i like halo more because its more real like than ever before in any other game because u have a radar helmet (realistic in gaming) you have badass guns since your a super soldier (way realistic in gaming) and thats all u need to make a game perfect in my opinion now for cod black ops. u somehow have a radar IN your head (not realistic) u don't get good guns even though your good shooter and u never get SHIELDS BITCHES YA I SAID!
