Injectors are bad, they are low on low end torque, they'd be good if it was a race to get some place, but as it stands for a tough truck, even the crappy stock 6.0 puts the duramax to shame. I've never really liked duramaxes, and to tell you the truth I see more fords with diesels on the trail more than chevy's, and well atleast ford has a solid front axle and a good limited slip system.
Since when has Ford used Cummins diesel engines? The 7.3, 6.0, and 6.4 diesel engines in Fords have all been made by Navistar (formerly "International*). The 6.7 in the 2011's is made BY Ford.

This engine makes more power than the 08 cumminapart. It's a brand new truck, the driver most likley didn't want to waste $1,000 worth of tires. I'll have something to post when my truck needs it's first set of tires. As I've said in my other comments this is a clean sheet redesign, all of the problems with 6.0L have been addressed. A stock twin turbo platform is a great start to build on.

Ha ha... A 5.9 single turbo on #2 making 1008HP and 2 Grand torque?? You make it sound like they didn't do any other mods on it... For that kind of power you'll pay a premium! The 2008 hasn't been out a year, so don't knock it until some people start modding them and we see what they are capable of... And the 6.4L isn't a twin turbo... It has 2 turbos but one is used to reduce turbo lag... Not a true twin turbo setup...

they may have the most liters but they do have the least power. My 97' F-250 with the 7.5L big block probably has more horse power. But i'll stick with my 6.4L engines.

I have tried hauling our trailers with a chevy, it sucked...it was slow getting up to speed and I had to take it out of overdrive so the engine wasn't struggling, I got passed by semis for god sake. With my FORDS I don't have that problem I go down the highway at 80mph in overdrive and the initial takeoff is faster than chevy
