@Texjwal ummm yes i do. lionfish are pussies. A lionfish has no offensive capability against a fish, besides trying to eat it. It can only pivot its body to keep its spines facing the enemy, to prevent an attack. As soon as it fails to keep them aimed, a quick fish with a powerful mouth (trigger, puffer) can very quickly bite the spines off and proceed to tear apart the fish. This is why any expert will tell you not to keep lions with triggers or puffers.
hi, i recently started cycling my new saltwater tank and was wanting to get this type of trigger, i was wondering if your substrate was crushed coral and if so was wondering how its working for you? i've heard nothing but bad things and already have it in my tank.. thanks much
by the way that guy is about 5 inches long and hes a cold murderer. im gonna post some vids with a better camera of him eating some big ass goldfish as soon as they hit the water he attacks. hes killed a crab that i got out of the ocean and other triggers, niger and a picaso. now hes all alone, they all get more aggresive with age and most, sooner or later will need to be by themselves. ive seen plenty community tanks with undulated triggers but they never last very long.
Please don't do that. That is cruel and wrong. Do you consider yourself to be a sadist? Please don't feed him any live fish, that makes you nothing more than a cold hearted murderer yourself.
So that is what he eats in the wild, however he is not in the wild now. There are so many other non-living foods that you can feed him.
If you post a video of him eating a live fish, I will flag the video as animal cruelty.
Lolol dumbass. Live food is better for fish. When we are speaking of saltwater fish. Saltwater fish dont take flakes. Pellets dont meet their requirements and it bores them. So why not let them live? HMMM? You seem sick. :/ they are fucking shrimp. :l Who cares? shrimps a shrimps. Its the order of life. If you went to africa. you would get eaten by a lion. You went to the sea. Youd get eaten by a shark. Everything must eat. What do you think proccessed food is made of ? ANIMALS DUH DURP.

@TheMudderfuker Put a lionfish in there with him. If he knows whats good for him he'll leave him alone.

@Texjwal are you serious. this trigger could tear apart a lionfish in 30 seconds.

@rwb647 Maybe a juvenile of a smaller species but a decent sized Volitan not a chance. Do you know anything about marine fish?
