This is a wonderful hymn and one of my favorites. However, it's not Southern Gospel. It's an 18th Century English hymn by Charles Wesley with music by John Darwall. God bless you for playing it and for sharing it with us!

Thanks for the affirmation. I do agree the hymn itself isn't Southern Gospel. However my piano solos generally contain at least a bit of Southern Gospel flavor. Maybe I succeeded a bit in disguising it here! In any case, thanks again for the feedback.
