Rahul is right. Why should the kerala govt give money to pakistan?. Are they trying to show that kerala (govt's) mind is different or better than rest of India (govt)?. Are they trying to express or understand pakistan that, we are not like rest of india and we are with pakistan?.. if the intention was just extending help to people who suffer, why dont they give money to PM's disaster fund?, which is used for such purpose... this is a very dangerous move.

1) Did any one say giving money to Pakistan is wrong. Indian Govt can give.& only Indian govt is constitutionally authorised to hav financial dealing with a foreign nation.
