5 years in the sport, I have taken some driver door hits and given some, but never intentional. That was an obvious set up. Down here in Texas that SOB would have not walked away so easy. Thanks for the organized events and safety rules, they are there for that main reason. To the driver that took the hit great job on keeping your cool.

O.o i just went to a demo durby in fairgrove Michigan and those two durbys are just the same exept here in fairgrove the crowd is hit by mud and almost the cars themselves a car actualy went a lil to fast hit another car fliped over the side and almost crashed into the staduim xD

I've seen after math pictures of this hit, it doesn't look that bad because he had a big peice of steel on the door. He said if i recall, 55 circled the track, plowed threw around 2 cars and without even hitting the breaks nailed him in the door.
