lol TheWisdom it does indeed... and it is frustrating sometimes in the beginning i used the Thompson to unlock a few perks and now i only use the Springfield (no scope) and sometimes with scope but even with the Springfield i have alot of positive scores... vs those faggots with their Fullauto and Nadelaunchers.... the Springfield is the best!!

it takes a HELL of a lot of skill in CoD5 to run around with any bolt action.. especially with all the SMG and Juggernaut people.

People who run around with SMG's probably don 't know their history, most of World War 2 was fought from Rifles, not submachine guns.. I play hardcore mode now, because I'm sick of the Juggernaut. It doesn't make you a smart player, but hardcore may, and my ratio went up when I started Hardcore Headquarters and Hardcore Search and Destroy.

You shouldn't even use the springfield without the scope. The shot lands a tad below the sights. So awkward sights + incorrect hit detection = phail.

I AGREE..but thats the way it should be...cod4 is the only in the franchise that the bullets would fire so randomly out of a bolt action.  the problem is that most people have only played cod4 so there opinions are based on one game, not three or four. also in waw the connections suck so bad that half the people you hit dont die:(
