  • @Raptorel : well i detrained remember, and havn't been lifting, only bodyweight.. im only now recently doing plyo/force absorption stuff, so this is the real test coming up.. this stuff is what will make me strong enough to PR bigtime on my jumping without utilizing weights, or it won't... i have a good feeling though :)

    im not at 225 x 1 @ 165 bw lunge anymore lol.. i dont have any idea what i could squat/lunge at the moment, literally 0 weight training.

  • @adarqui Yes but I'm much weaker than that and we have similar body structures. I'm much heavier as well. I've never lunged at 225 lbs, I wouldn't be able to.

  • @Raptorel : well i worked on lunging alot when i squatted.. i hardly ever did any single leg jumps, so you have the upper hand bigtime in movement efficiency over me.. if i still had that strength, with all the single leg jumps i've been doing, i'd definitely be getting up way higher.

    im practicing single leg jumps basically every night now so, we'll see.. cant wait to throw one down single :D
