  • What year is this? I thought NHTSA had certain guidelines to follow. The test should be all the same but those weren't exactly the same as WV's standardized field sobreity tests.

  • It Saddens me watch them arrest an old guy because he was probably just minding his own business and going home. However, watching young people getting busted is the funniest shit, because i know these guys are complete scum bags. Life aint nothing but bitches and money?? Ha Ha who had the last lagh now dog?Lol!

  • I'm mixed on DWI check points. One part of me thinks about our civil rights being violated but another part of me thinks drunk drivers are some of the biggest pieces of shit out there.

  • I usually detest cops and all their bullshit tickets. HOWEVER, DUI enforcement is extremely important and I think we should have a zero tolerance for it. Even one beer should land you in jail.

  • . Then on the walk and turn, 10 steps and then pivot... REALLY!?! PIVOT??? NEVER do you have people pivot on a walk and turn. How about following the National Highway Traffic and Safety Administration standard. We dont make up our own FST's.... That case was not investigated correctly.

  • This is CRAP! This cop needs to go back to DUI investigation school. Its obvious that he used the first PBT in making his decision to arrest. HGN 2 times!!!! That right there shows me that he has no idea what he is looking for.

  • @Debo6623

its not crap,i was there and the guy was under the influence, failed the breathalyzer and went to jail

it was very obvious, the video is edited...so you are not seeing all the tests

  • @7089540230 I don't need to see all the tests. From the tests I saw, the Officer was apparently making them up as he went. Those are NOT NHTSA standardized FST's. I'm happy you were there. If that Officer knew what he was doing, HGN would have told him what he needed the first time he did it. A PBT is only used AFTER all FST's are completed. Having been a State Trooper I completely agree that drunks need to go to jail. The point is arrests have to be made off legally obtained PROBABLE CAUSE

  • @7089540230 hihihih

  • @Debo6623 My guess is that the cop was checking the eyes for nystagmus, and saw it.

  • I am a former U.S. marshal, usually the drunk walks away from the crash and leaves dead bodies. I don't care if the driunk dies, I don't like seeing the innocent die. Get tougher laws. Don't play around !

  • It is a known economic fact: gasoline is much more expensive than beer. Therefore, save money, drink and don't drive

  • U N C O N S T I T U T I O N A L Real simple

  • do some REAL police work and maybe your belly wont be as

    big as your doughnut basket

  • The risk is simply too great for sober drivers to be on the road. Drunk driving will never stop. Stay off the road. Why risk being killed? Just avoid the whole situation. Sell your car, stay at home where it safe. Sober drivers should be ticketed for putting their own and their families lives in danger knowing that they could be hit and killed by a drunk driver. The risk is to great. For God's sake just don't drive sober. If you do drive get drunk first so you'll at least have a chance.

  • If it saves one life, the road blocks are worth it. I spent 4+ months in the hospital after being hit head-on by a drunk driver.

  • @jvolstad Really, how many lives are lost to roadblocks because of the officers needed to man them instead of out patrolling the streets where they are more likely to actually catch them.Even when random blocks are thrown up,word gets out pretty quick(remember the little thing called cell phones) where they are and believe me,even drunk people will learn to avoid them.

  • Remind me never to drive in Chicago Heights at night =X too many drunks

  • how about the fucking cops who drive drunk...hypocrisy has and shall prevail.

  • According to scientific studies if your up for more than 18 hours and you go driving, its the same as being "legally drunk". They call it "Driving While Tired". So are there any DWT checkpoints? How about Walking While Tired? Down the sidewalk? WWT? Checkpoints for those? No. Most studies show that its not drinking that causes the accident - its SPEEDING. Speeding+alcohol is most dangerous, not drinking and just doing the speed limit. LOOK AT THIS FRAUD!! ITS UNCONSITUTIONAL! VIOLATES 4th Amend.

  • .093, He would have passed under the old guidelines. Used to be .10. most stated are .08.

  • Do they DEPORT illegal aliens at checkpoints? NO. Do these checkpoints violate 4th amendment? YES. Los Angeles made $40 MILLION DOLLARS from Checkpoints in 2009 and DIVIDE THE MONEY with TowTruck Companies. Police staff only officers who qualify for overtime 24,000 CARS IMPOUNDED, ONLY 3,200 DUI ARRESTS MADE! Checkpoints CAN AND WILL AFFECT YOU... EVEN if you are NOT DRINKING! GOOGLE THIS: "Car seizures at DUI checkpoints prove profitable for cities, raise legal questions" for more information.

  • @mrjustin5 I have a friend that tows cars from DUI stops. He has a lot with ten cars on it, from stops. Essentially he owns the cars, because people do not pay the fees.

  • @mrjustin5 so damn true your comment.

  • Fuck MADD . Fuck The pigs and anyone who supports the unconstitutional gestapo roadblocks.

  • Hey thanks for posting this i will use it for the alcohol / DUI awareness classes i give, thanks and good job.

  • Does anyone see a problem with checkpoints ?? Next they will be coming into your house for home inspections, from what i hear its already started !!!Nevermind unconstitutional it just opens the door more and more to a police state !!

  • @sn9696

Do you see a problem with people drinking and driving? I sure as fuck do... Both of my parents were killed by a drunk driver... Just don't do it man...Simple as that..

  • If states were serious about "safety", they would ban any amount of alcohol while driving and have a zero tolerance policy. Oops! That wouldn't be possible because it would essentially eliminate all taverns and the revenue generated by liquor licenses and sales. My bad! Proof positive they have no interest in "safety." But the cops love these whiney M.A.D.D. assholes who don't mind trampling on the rights of the many in order to catch one idiot. Good PR for the cops to violate your rights.

  • waste of police time guys, in Australia we use the roadside alcometer, if you blow over .05 your taken to the bus for a proper breath test, saves on police time and you check more drivers, good luck getting these idiots off the road, drunk drivers kill people.

  • why don't they just give the breathalyzer first and be done with it?? Talk about overkill.

  • i just got pulled over this past weekend..saying i was drunk would be an understatement. my cop saved my ass and gave my life a 2nd chance..he parked my truck fore me and told me to call someone who could pick me up. i have never been this grateful in my life, it was really a life changer for me. a lesson lived is a lesson learned. i totally have a different outlook on these guys(cops) now.

  • Great video. Makes you realize how bad drinking and driving really is. There is nothing unconstitutional about this and if you drink and drive, you go to jail. I can't stand it when people bitch about constitutional rights when shit like drinking and driving happens.

  • @bedlaminbelgiumroxzz Glad you feel that way. So maybe we can start frisking down every fifth person on the sidewalk just to make sure they don't have anything on them that may harm the public. Can we start with you?

  • @lizard944 Drinking and driving is the problem guy. The police should keep drunk drivers off of the road. The rest of your comment is not worth responding too.

  • fuk these mother fukers. these pigs need to be shot.

  • fuck all you idiots.

  • That looked like some city workers out there doing the job of the cops. strange?

  • If only the powers-that-be would have been this tough on the the bankers and Wall Street stock brokers and the people at Enron, and people like Bernie Madoff. Of course, they are a different "class" then then rest of us ordinary working trolls/Joes. They just make a few judicious campaign contributions or turn it all over to a high priced lawyer and they walk.

  • Papers Please,, eh, Flick...is that what you want next? Absolute Control.. You dont want people to have rights or to know about them? if cops can stop and search randomly on highways, how long before they just start knocking on doors and coming in without reason or warrants... but that would be ok with you if it caught some law breakers in the process. eh flick? the homes are next ?

  • very good, i'm brazilian, and preshiety

  • Whoever put this online, thank you! In my state, OVI offenders are required to attend an Intervention Weekend. I plan on showing this clip on the weekends. In some states, refusing to blow into a breathalyzer is an admission of guilt. In my state, a refusal is the same as if the offender has blown twice over the legal limit of ,08, The consequence is double jail time and double fines.

I don't think that telling people to refuse the breath test is good advise. It's just my opinion.

  • @angel54931

Thanks I put it online to show what will happen if you get Caught...Feel free to show it to anyone you want!!!!

  • @angel54931 Sounds like your state is run by a bunch of assholes. Innocent until proven guilty is what I go by, and if you don't blow, who's to say you are drunk. Fuck the police, and the court system. I can understand that if you don't blow you lost your license, and pay fines, etc. - But I don't agree with if you don't blow, now all of a sudden, you are a drunk, and are more drunk than the law allows. I'd be willing to bet anyone of these cops have gone out, gotten loaded, and drove home.

  • Watch more vids on your rights if you are stopped for suspicion of dwi. in many states, you are not required to submit to field sobriety tests or a breath analysis by the officer. you have the right to decline. it is better for you in court if you decline. LYING COPS DONT TELL YOU THAT! IT IS LEGAL FOR COPS TO LIE TO YOU! IT IS LEGAL !

  • Lightfoot - Do you seriously think getting out of being caught is more important than punishing people who put lives at risk?!

  • what a huge waste of time, why not just give him the breathalyser right away, not after 2 hours of stupid tests. he blew .093... that's it, game over, goto jail, do not pass go... man this police force is inefficient...

  • i used to thinkj that those random checkpoints are pretty dumb but you gotta know that it saves peoples lives. so there not just random bullshit. its for areason and it just helps get those DUI drivers of the streets and helps influence the laws to save lives. just like you should where your seat belt and keep safe and more lives well be safe if you get hit by a DUI driver

  • good comment!

  • @7089540230

If the only justification for random checkpoints is that it saves lives, then you are in serious logical trouble. Banning cars would save more lives. So would banning electricity in the home, and anything flamable. You really want such a nanny state dictator ruling every aspect of every life?

  • Random check points are bull$hit. Extreme profiling is used in determining which cars pass and which get pulled over. When I see them, I find a safe way to go around it. i.e. Flip a bitch.

  • Well if we diddnt put up road blocks alot of people would keep doing it and when they see road blocks and people going to jail for DUI the DUI rates go down

  • Yes, we see your type ALL the time in CA. Avoidance is ILLEGAL, hate to break it to ya! Then we just pull you over, check you out, search your car, STILL make you blow... Oh, and you still get a nice $335.00 ticket for making me have to come get you... :)

  • It sucks that the police have to do this to people, but I saw a drunk driver fly off the road and go head on through a tree.

  • I'm kinda split when it comes to D.W.I. check points. Seems like they are disguised as warrant/other checkpoints to quickly gather outstanding warrants and other violations. If they checked for drunk drivers then I probably wouldn't have a problem with it considering drunk drivers are an epidemic. However, If you're going to enforce the laws then maybe the laws need to be changed considering they are too lenient, here in Texas anyway. There are drunk drivers who have had 3+ arrests still on..

  • .. the road. Plus you can't be arrested for an open container? Doesn't make sense. The reason why I'm split is because it does seem unconstitutional. Luckily road blocks for D.W.I. is currently illegal.

  • I think they are a positive thing, although if they use that ploy to dig up other info, that's messed up. Here in Cali, they have to post where checkpoints are going to be in the newspaper, as not to entrap anyone.

  • (cont) unless you give it to them.

Now, as I said before I do not condone drunk driving, as I myself have lost someone due to a drunk driver. So drunk driving IS one of the biggest things I frown upon. However, I frown upon illegal - unconstitutional police state road blocks even MORE! We CANNOT give up the very rights that this country was founded & based on, and what makes us "FREE".

Those Who Sacrifice Liberty For Security Deserve Neither. -Ben Franklin

  • byke - they direct people off the road for other violations before checking for dui.

In Illinois, driving without a seatbelt is all they need. Having burned out lights, driving erratically etc will work too.

But the point is they save lives. They aren't out there enforcing bureaucratic bull, they are helping your friends family and even yourself make it home safely.

  • Also the number 1 mistake I see is people having their windows rolled all the way down. Under NO circumstance must you fully open your window for a traffic stop (an illegal road block in this case). Number 1 tip during ANY traffic stop is to crack your window just slightly enough to pass through any documentation requested to be furnished (ie.. license/insurance). Unless they have probable cause or warrant, NO right to search or seize! & There is no way they'd have either @ an illegal roadblock!

  • I could not agree more with a lot of the comments I already see here. Trust me, there is almost nothing I hate more than drunk drivers! However these are HIGHLY un-constitutional POLICE STATE road blocks that VIOLATE my rights as a US citizen. I say it's the LAZIEST policing I have ever seen. Can't even call it police work, cuz it aint work. They aren't even working for any arrests made at any of these! I say get off ur lazy ass and do your job! Patrol and investigate as you SHOULD!

  • I support the cops as long as this is constitutional. What bothers me is the cop who looks to be about 280 lbs of average height. Officers of the law should be physically fit. That fat ass could have heart failure in a serious situation. That is a knock on the police station. That shows that there is a low level of professionalism to allow an obese officer to be on the force. Get off the couch, lay off the bottle, and hit the gym.

  • Lol you don't even got to stop for these guys unless the have a reasonable cause. You can ask to be on your way and unless they have reasonable cause they cant search or do anything to you.

  • big cash grab

  • What a bunch of unconstitutional bullshit.

Yea lets take the attention away from the real problem: habitual drunk drivers that drive all the time with BACs of .2+ and go down the wrong side of the road and kill someone, and instead go after law abiding citizens who have a few drinks and pose no danger to anyone.

If I ever got a DUI where I was below the legal limit (happens all the time)because of a roadblock like this, I would take that shit to the supreme court

  • [Amendment IV]

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

  • Try that in court. The reason these people even end up talking to the police is because of seatbelt violations which they have every right to ticket you for.

While you're being ticketed if they notice probable cause to check for DUI you are screwed with a capital F.

What you didn't see in this video were dozens of people who just drive on through the checkpoint and go along their way because the police couldn't see anything illegal happening.

  • those who sacrifice their freedom for security deserve neither.

  • [Amendment V]

No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury... nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.

  • Maybe they arrested you for looking at them wrong because your so f#cking ugly. Either that or your a wanted felon!

  • fuck you you civilian aholes

  • Comment removed

  • how many times are they going to freakin make the guy stare at that pen? >_>

  • This bull crap is seriously worth the time of sworn & paid police officers? If a loved one was being raped and killed while officers were out catching dudes blowing just above the legal limit how happy would you be?

  • Not as unhappy as I would be if the people that are blowing just over the legal limit, kill my family while they were driving home. These are sworn officers that TRY to keep our streets safe.

  • I'm just not all that thrilled at the idea of police stopping people without probable cause.

  • They do have probable cause. Its starts off as a seatbelt check. If you watch the video, they are letting some cars go and stopping others. Look at the ones they stop. They dont have any seatbelts on. Watch the guy they stop that looks like Snoop Dogg. The cop practically sticks his head in the guy's car. He is smelling for alcohol.

  • cops just love all that over-time, and guess who pays for it.

  • Forget the Mickey Mouse games. Just refuse to do that crap...and tell them you'll take a breathalyzer or a blood test at the station. Although, this guy was clearly out of harm's way...I've seen them make drivers do this on the side of a busy highway. Take the breath test and tell them to play their own gymnastics.

  • If my life had been affected by a drunk driver, I would want that driver punished within the fullest extent of the law. Inconsiderate? Why is it any of my business interferring with anyone else's lives? Ok, so police can randomly pull you over, and search you if they feel like it. What's next....random house calls and searches? Police checkpoints like this are a suspension of my freedom and my rights as an American, and I'm glad that I am able to understand and appreciate those rights.

  • This is absolutely ridiculous. There is no probable cause to search any of these people! this is a random search. I don't care how sad or tragic it is to have people die in DUI or DWI-related traffic accidents, this is unconstitutional, and it pains me to see law enforcement agencies getting away with this. Even if I was completely sober, and they told me I had to take those tests, I would absolutely refuse to take them. Wasting their time would be retribution enough for me.

  • It is not unconstitutional due to the fact that it is a RANDOM checkpoint...They are not pulling over every car or just cars with younger passengers as you can clearly see at the beginning of the video....Also, if you're life had been affected by an intoxicated driver I'm sure you're outrageously inconsiderate views would change....I hope you would refuse one of their tests so that they could detain and charge you and continue to do their JOB....

  • I could be wrong but counting on the video , which doesn't stay focused on only the selection officer it appears its every 3rd car being stopped.

  • they are only tested if the officer believes the driver may be under the influence

everyone they stop is not tested.

you could waist their time refusing, but you will be wasting alot more of your money when you loose your license

  • Refusal to take a sobriety test in the state of IL is considered an automatic admission of guilt and will result in your licence automatically being suspended for 6months. Granted it doesn't go on your record as a DUI. If you don't have anything to hide and your following the law then there shouldn't be any issue.

  • Fortunately, this is not in effect in Texas, and these types of road blocks are also considered unlawful in Texas. Hopefully it stays that way! In some states, police are required to provide a detour or "turn-around" point right before the road block, I'm not sure if it is that way in IL. I am not a drinker, but that doesn't change the fact that I should not be required to participate in random tests of any sort.

  • Also, I have also seen some studies that suggest that the amount of officers required to organize and run these roadblocks are actually reducing the amount of patrol cars out on the roads pulling over drivers showing real signs of intoxication, which is one of the reasons this practice is not used by law enforcement in Texas.

  • Its to bad you dont know much. The cops you see in this video were on patrol on their day off to police DUI drivers without taking any patrols off the streets.

  • It's not "to," it's "too,"you could at least fix that before you try to act like you know more than I do. I'm sure every single road block like this one are made up entirely of cops on their day off...

  • EXCUSE ME! "TOO" I do know more than you apparently. Lets start off by the fact that I know EVERY COP in this video. AND I also know that most roadblocks are made up of cops that are put on a special duty so as not to take ANY patrols off the streets. Many times they do single patrols rather than double and further putting the officers lives in danger by not having a partner. It is amazing what good cops will do to PROTECT the public!

  • @thesaxsoloist Let someone you love die form a drunk and see what you think then.

  • @BrianBrazier1 I'm sure the first thing I'd think was "God, if there where only more random police checkpoints everywhere...."

OF COURSE, something needs to be done. But where does it stop? You would be ok with police checkpoints at every major highway out of every major town? We don't need America to become a Police State to solve the problem of drunk driving. If anything, you'd be trading mere possibility of safer roads for a loss of freedom and and the feeling incrimination.

  • @BrianBrazier1 ...and because you are going to insist on knowing...

I do have friends and family members who have died/been seriously injured in drunk driving-related accidents. My grandfather nearly died when an intoxicated driver hit his t-bird head on. His feet ended up through the floorboard during the impact.

  • @thesaxsoloist Agree

    No accident here ect.

  • @thesaxsoloist LOL! Ever been through one? No? It's totally random as to who they pick, and if they don't think you're impaired, there's no test. I've been selected for several in my life and never even had to get out of the car.

  • @thesaxsoloist

I absolutely agree with you, It's all about money and nothing else. A cash cow for the State.

  • @thesaxsoloist Yea and ya get double jail and double fines too!!

  • Here is an idea, if you go out to drink, take a cab. Don't drink and drive.

  • Please also note that your license will automatically be suspended for longer period of time for refusing to take the breathalizer, but that is better than a dui conviction. The other field sobriety tests are completely voluntary and there are no penalties for refusal. This info is specific to IL, but I'm sure other states have similiar laws on the books.

  • If you are pulled over, it's best to refuse all field sobriety tests as well as the breathalyzer. Ask to speak to an attorney and politely refuse to answer any questions. You will likely be recorded from the time you are stopped until the time you are released so be very calm and collected. When the time comes, request a bench trial. If you follow these instructions there is a good chance the case will be thrown out due to lack of evidence. "The More You Know"

  • Unless it is an offence to refuse........as it is in a lot of places.

    Don't drink and drive!

  • i don't mind the Police, but i hate fat cops!

  • Nothing more than goverment bullies, violating the Constitution. But the bleeding hearts, "What about my loved one?" Sorry, I really am, but it's life...The cops have become committed treason against it's own people.....but they claim they are just doing their job.......We'll see in the upcoming years, how many more stomp your rights, or uphold them....

  • The Constitution doesn't say you have the right to drive I am quoting a judge that told someone that in court for speeding tickets.

  • It also doesn't say you have or don't have the right to ride a horse......Basically the right believes less regulation, while the left thinks it should regulate everything.. Cars being the modern day horse, That is my argument.

  • you probly would get a DUI if you rode a horse drunk too and a no seatbelt ticket too insurance and plates horse would be impounded and have to pay a storage fee to get your horse back lmao

  • cumminchvy - those cases have been decided both ways. Some judges consider it not be be a dui since the horse is sober lol.

Rick - Roads are owned by the state and regulated as a service to the people. If you don't like the BMV, their rules and the police that enforce them, convince our legislatures (who are appointed by your elected representitves) to unwrite the laws. Until then, it is only legal to drive on public roads if you abide by state laws.. stfu already

  • welcome to USSA........damn!!!

  • the communist state of illinois in all its glory!!

  • Keep up the good work!

  • Stopping a car without reason is just wrong. It IS like communist China or Russia. What happens when the police come to your door and demand to enter and search without warrant, cause, or reason? This is a bad path to follow.

  • ILL is a click it or ticket state and ILL isnt like Russia but its like Cuba you have a FOID firearms card with a picture CUBA is the only other place in the world that makes you have one. but to cetch a drunk drive its worth it cause that shit hurts when he blows a turn left on green light and you hit him head on and total both cars and you get blamed because you didnt stop for him to finish making his turn but when he was doing over 70 in a 35 and your insurance drops you

  • So we are clear? We should give up some of our rights? So that the police can catch drunk drivers? Is that what you want? Well OK then....I would like you to give up your right to free speech and quit posting your crap on here....

  • what I said in my post happend to me. i wasn't the drunk driver As far as getting drunk drivers off the street... i think people should not drink and drive they need to make the right choice and get a taxi or a limo like i would do and cops do have a i do what i want and get away with it badge i agree with that You me and everyone on here dont have any rights in a cops EYES

  • Finally ! welcome to my view, refer to above...Bullies! The simple fact is People need to get involved, NOT more gov. get involved call the cops if someone is all over the road. But these checkpoints are a clear violation of the Constitution.

  • oh i understand what you mean now. I agree... and how would you feel if they didnt have these kind of stops but had the posting of safety check points they was their to check for plates, chicago city stickers and seatbelts violations all your lights work and if you was drunk then give a test to see how drunk you would be????? the city of chicago does that and they are assholes about it too mostly its to get money for the city

  • but at the sametime most cops dont want to write a DUI because of the paperwork involved ( So I have heard ) it takes 6-8 hours of paperwork some would rather just drive you home but at the sametime if you drink dont drive then their wouldnt be any stops call a taxi towtruck AAA something it would be cheaper to then a DUI Still These stops are a joke when court time a slap on the hand is all they will get with a fine and still have a license in the end

  • Either way....why stop me? They are stopping to look for something..are they not? It still a violation of the Constitution. Just because it's allowed doesn't make it right..

  • Welcome to Russia!! Where are your papers!!

  • good work

  • this system doesnt look fair, only some people were sent down to the check point

  • asshole cops....cant even tow a car right....what gives them the right to fuck up peoples stuff?

  • stupid check points is just a way of wasting tax payers money....

  • so stoping drunk drivers and saving ppls lives r a waste of money? hmm good to know dumbass

  • Thanks For posting this...its a good thing for everyone to see

  • PrinzII, I wear my seatbelt as well, that's the point everyone is missing, I paid $ 29,000 for MY vehicle, I drive on roads my TAXES pay for, why do we need so many laws that restrict peoples freedoms ! All I'm saying is there are WAY too many senseless laws. If you have'nt matured enough to know right from wrong, what will or what can hurt you, then I guess our society has turned into a bunch of irresponsible IDIOTS ! There are more CORRUPT COPS than there are GOOD COPS !

  • Your birth certificate is your right to drive... unless they don't mind horses everywhere.....ohhh that's illegal too..... Cops are nothing more than bullies with "do what ever I want badge"

  • Correction: You drive on roads that EVERYONE'S taxes pay for. While you may see these laws as oppressive and unfair, others may see them as beneficial because they believe in safe motoring.

If police agencies stopped all checkpoints, people like you would complain that they aren't doing enough to curb drunk driving or unsafe vehicles.

BTW, I have matured enough to know the difference between corrupt cops and good ones. Have you?

  • PrinzII, I have matured and seen many many changes ! I still reserve my maturity through learning, you can't tell me you can pick out a GOOD cop from a BAD cop through your maturity ? Can you ! Really ?

All the studies on cop corruption read like a bible of Blues brothers !

The studies are invalid or unwillingly not taken by the cops...why... Brotherhood..They (cops) know that corruption is growing !!!!

Good vs. Evil ? Evil vs. Good ?

Who cares.. Cops are meerly tools ( Public Servants )

  • I am one of those who watches your vids out of the respect I have for the people who are saving some of the same people who are complaining about their rights being infringed upon.

It's amazing when these same people need help, they are quick to call the same folks they just ranted about on sites like this.

  • You are correct! If anyone of these viewers were the victim of any kind of crime....you and i both know that they would be calling the police for help!

    Who else they gonna call...Ghostbusters?

  • That's the problem with a bunch of the people who posted their comments. They are the ones complaining about rights when their "rights" are infringing on the rights of others.

  • 7089540, you probably think the mandatory seat belt law is good, don't you ? Cops don't have to wear them, children on school buses dont wear them, I can ride my motorcycle without a helmet, but I got to wear a seat belt ? doesn't make sense does it. Why don't you go buy a dog so then you can CONTROL it. Live your life and be happy, not mine and everyone else's. Stop living your life in constant fear for everyone else, it's their life, not yours! If you want to join a group, join the NRA.

  • Six,

Maybe I see things differently than you. I see cops wear seat belts all the time. Not just in their marked and unmarked units but in their personal cars as well.

  • 7089540 look, i'm not saying it's okay to drink and drive. Do you think people drink, then get in their car and look to get in a crash, or kill someone. If you do the crime you do the time. If you do crash and kill someone, then you shoud be punished, a life for a life, eh, maybe then it would deter a person to drink and drive ! If your serious about stopping the problem, then don't set up a system that slaps a person on the wrist, and feeds money to lawyers and insurance companies.

  • In reading your response, it made me realize that people like you who probably don't vote or research the candidates or judges are the most voiciferous when they feel that the system isn't fair, is oppressive, or just isn't suiting them when, in reality, they are the cause.

  • PrinzII, Oh you do know everything or so you think ! I do vote, but it gets harder and harder every election. We are being run by a bunch of Super Ego Control freaks... Oh and lets not get started about fair elections...too many lobbyist suck arses control mine and your vote !

This country is taking a turn !

  • Six, you and I could get into the issue of lobbyists and wind up agreeing on the topic. However, your statement is equally as bad as someone who doesn't vote but complains about the system.

You can't complain about something when you haven't made moves to correct the issues. But what do I know? This is the Internet and everyone is correct (Yeah, right!).

  • Gee's so there are cops out there waiting to pull people over, for turning before a check point.. How do they F" ing know you got something to hide ? Are these super COPS with ESP or other un-worldly powers we don't know about.

Why dont we just make all cars have that alcohol sensor in them.. Cause nobody would buy them.. Why .. Your rights as an American !

Too many damm lobbyist in this country !

  • yep...at each & every one there is a sign posted 500 feet before it saying

    "ROADSIDE CHECKPOINT AHEAD"

  • Reminds me of Nazi Germany !

Next thing you know they will be able to search your house !

    Very unconstitutional imo !

  • but its not unconstitutional to drink & drive & then get in an accident & kill someome is it?

  • America was founded on FREEDOM, remember. Quit trying to take it away, we don't have that much left. Join a goup that fights for peoples freedom, not one that takes it away.

  • FUCK CHICAGO PIGS

  • But the government can send you to unconstitutional wars and thats ok

  • STUPIDS COPS,, ASHOLE....FUCKIN...

  • haha i always turn right just before even though im sober lol never been stopped after turning either...nothing they can do really

  • They can pull you over for avoiding a checkpoint & they have squads just for that very reason & will think you have something to hide if you avoid it

  • That they do. I love their excuses when they get stopped too. "I didn't know I had to stop there."

    Okay, drunky.

  • hasnt happened in the 11 years ive been driving... when it does ill be back to let you know.

  • Was it just me or was 3/4 people on camera African American? What's up with that? That's bulls***.

  • chicago heights does have a large african american population, a large white population city would have 3/4 of people being stopped white. just depends on the racial makeup of an area.

  • New Years Eve, New Years Day, 4th of July, Easter, Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

These are the days drivers, DUI or not, should stay off the roads late at night. Officers are out to get people.

    Be safe-

  • It's these same hypocrites that drove around drunk when they were in their 20's and faced little to no penalties. Further more, they were able to drink at 18 legally and now they're trying to look like marters and heros

  • sorry for mistakes ... french before all xd

    what's a "DUI" ?

I wish there is some control like this one in France !

We've got control of course ! but they're not so impressive : it's just 5, ten max cops and they're not realy at the best point of fishing xd

nice vid like all others !

  • My simpathy, my compliments, fella!

  • D.U.I stand for driving under the influence. (usually alcohol)

  • thanks !

  • DUI = Driving under the influence

DWI = Driving while intoxicated or impaired

It doesn't have to be alcohol, it can be drugs.

  • close, in the state of IL DWI = Driving without insurance. DUI includes the intoxicated/impaired (drugs, medication)

  • My mom was hit by a drunk in 1984 she will be in severe pain the rest of her life(waking up nights crying, barely able to walk during the day) I hear of some cops, firefighters, and judges who have been caught with DUI. They should be removed from their positions forever as they should know better. As for the general public a first DUI should be a termination of thei D.L for a year. If someone wishes to put their own life in danger fine!. But have enough respect for others out there.

  • In IL, your DL is automatically suspended or revoked upon conviction of a DUI. If there is an accident involving injury or death, definite automatic revocation.

    Arizona is even more stringent.

  • Wow, snoop doggy dog? Im white and that even makes me mad haha

  • that was your video on the news later on?

  • yep

  • good video if we had roadblocks like this it in Canada would sure send a message great video and featured on my page 5*

  • the fucked up part is when there a dui crash the dui most likely lives

  • Great Video, Glad to see a DUI driver off the road. Good Job.
