  • A little risky with any plane going completely out of sight, who knows where it will come down or if you or anyone will see it before it's too late.

  • i was able to see it. once i start having trouble with the orientation i come down. a few weeks ago i got to 2,950 feet:)

  • Was making comment on sheldonholy's comment saying that you should go out of site.

That is a great altitude this plane really helps with site! Unfortunately mine is no longer flying! I was flying where I shouldn't have been and lost orientatiot rn and destroyed it! But I did get well over 100 flights on it in about 2 1/2 months so I got my $ worth so ripped the electronics out to find them a new home.

Would consider another 1. Am currently flying Precision Aerobatics Extra 260

  • Congrats. That's really high.

  • thanks

  • Great job Mike! I came 4th in my last club's funfly. The plane did not have enough power... my stupid excuse.

    Cya!

  • Thanks! I am really loving this plane so far. At the funfly we had a little altimeter, and the challenge was how high you can fly! I also came in 4th place, reaching 1,827 feet! It was a lot of fun.

  • Yeah. Was there a time limit..? You could go out of sight, then spin until you can see it better LOL. I did that with my Sukhoi in the clouds. Flew till i could not see it, then did an inverted waterfall back out of the clouds!

  • no time limit! when I was up I was starting to not be able to see it anymore, so I came back down. I was doing a blender on the entire way down! The winner however had a giant scale plane and was able to get to 2,400 feet. The last contestand was flying up with the altimeter with a stryker, and he kept going and going. Eventually he probably reached 2,000 feet and we never saw the plane again! It probably is over the Atlantic by now lol

  • LOL! That's great! It would be funny if it flew past an airliner. "This is November-1-1-3-Alfa-Charlie, request permission into... WHAT THE FUCK!!!
