You can focus first planes, and outdoor planes. Excellent quallity.

mine dropped twice, too, still works, if it wouldn't that would be ridiculuos... a mobile phone has to be able to stand that!! besides, it has some ugly scratches, although it didn't fall that hard!

You would need 4 Sony ericssons to have a phone like N95. Sure the camera is great, but were is the wifi,net browser,gps,VGA video ect..? I preffer the N95.

I'm using the N95... It's the worst manufactured mobile phone there ever was. Besides, I had to let it repair twice in three weeks, because of diverse software errors! All these features it provides might be great, but what do I benefit from it, when it always breaks down? The cell phone cost me 500 Euros, and I definitely didn't get paid... I will resell it at ebay and buy me that SE K850i ... looks awesome and it will work, I'm fed up with Nokia!!!

ye i know, i had n73, all n series are shit, all other phones are run on a certain program, the nseries are not and the program they run on is very faulty, the new n95 8gb i think? its run on normal program so if you get n95 get new one

although the 5mp camera is an incentive, I think this phone should have been on the drawing board for a bit longer. I've seen many reviews now and it just seems the keypad is rubbish and that the camera keeps screwing up.

Setting it to infinity makes the focus only to infinity and hence not the term Auto. Besides, you didnt say anything about the AF not in the prototype anywhere in description or video.

-First of all, that is not a joystick. it is a D-Pad.

-Second, IT DOES HAVE lens cover: read video description. is a motorized plastic behind a glass, so you cant touch the lens.

-And three, it is 17mm thick. SAME AS P1i. Oh, and the SE k850 is lighter! 118 gr vs. P1i 124 gr.

I like this phone and the size is not a problem for me... pants still have pockets, right?

what does a lens cover help you if there is a glass in front of it that will get scratches and at least catch dust over the time?

where exactly is the difference between a joystick and a d-pad? both are 4-way buttons. i don't know if you know the "d-pad" of the 6230 which was not that easy to handle.

the P1i is a phone with a different target group.
