Masterbuilt contracted with me and the company with which I was affiliated. Neither I nor my company are associated with Masterbuilt, and have nothing to do in any way with the manufacture or quality control of the product.

I just purchase exact model. First time using it the drain valve leaked oil from around the inside seal of the drain valve as it was not installed proper & made a mess. Did not get an answer at the service line from Masterbuilt MFG. Not happy. Please respond.
