I'm sure he posted the video with sound, then the record company protested on copyright grounds. Sometimes they let you keep it up, other times they use their right to remove it. I've had covers of other's (Moody Blues, for example) songs given a warning they claim the copyright, but then it's allowed to keep playing.

The sudden lack of sound is attributable to the compression format that u have chosen to use, the short burst of "noise" at the beginning is in fact the whole song spead up/shortened to 5 secs or so. Only way to solve the problem is to start again. What where u using-quicktimes been ok for me.
