@ahhcrap101 No, the girl does not represent Ednalin. Ednalin was the mom of the singer. The girl in the story just represents some one you love and you don't know what you have until you loose it. The guy thinks back of the good memory's and realizes that it wasn't that bad after all. That's what the story is about ... So the real story of Ednalin is changed it to a love story, just to make it a little bit more easy to understand. Hope this helped !
