- UNCLOS (United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea treaty recognizes our rights over the islands, together with Vietnam who also claim some. The Law says China's claim is until Paracel Islands.
- Philippines wants U.N / International talks over the dispute but China wants bilateral talks instead.
These things should be talked peacefully and internationally. Not by agressive movement in the islands and bilateral talks..

We are already in the 21st century and claims should be submitted with UNCLOS, no other means, wether you like it or not. Sabah is ours but UNCLOS ratified it with documents that it's Malaysia's, and no historical basis can counter that.

- UNCLOS (United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea treaty recognizes our rights over the islands, together with Vietnam who also claim some. The Law says China's claim is until Paracel Islands.
- Philippines wants U.N / International talks over the dispute but China wants bilateral talks instead.
These things should be talked peacefully and internationally. Not by agressive movement in the islands and bilateral talks..

Sabah is part of the Philippines but it was inhabited with Malaysians during Dutch occupation, and it's theirs, recognized by U.N.

Sabah is ours but UNCLOS ratified it with documents that it's Malaysia's, and no historical basis can counter that.
