2.) Lejune commanded an Army division during WW1.

I would still be "serving" if the military actually served the people of the United States but the fact is that it doesn't, it is currently used (and has historically mainly been ) as a tool to steal other peoples resources and dominate other people in the name of US "interests" which is a euphemism for power.
