  • Okay so they took up landing spots so that medics couldn't land. That is both disgusting yet unsurprising!

Is that really the only reason... They definitely wanted something else, and I bet it had something to do with the children. Sick freaks!

  • 1 - scientology doesn't do "medcial care" so the people of Hati are fucked there

    2 - hati people can't afford Scientology

A nice PR stunt but a failed one : /

  • all scientologists should be killed.

  • FUCK SCIENTOLOGY

  • like all religions, it is a CRACKPOT religion

  • THEY NEED TO BE STOPED

  • SCIENTOLOGY IS A CULT DO NOT HELP THEM

  • Who cares about their religion; at least they are helping...

  • "There's touching, and this is a very superstitious country..." I laughed at that.

  • Oh my God, these people are so paranoid and ridiculous. Oh, Scientologists are over in Haiti in large numbers... so there's conspiracy! No, there's no way they could be out there just out of good will to help others, noooo. Someone must be doing something bad! Yeah, that's the liberal media for you, everyone's out to get you. Be afraid. They're over there helping, stfu and let them help, stop looking for excuses to attack good people.

  • @blissfullyignorant86 Scientologist are insane have you heard of what they do to deserters of there so called church and not celebrity members of course anyways I guess its good that they are helping out I just hope no one in haiti falls into that trap but considering most haitians are poor that will not be the case.

  • @blissfullyignorant86

Your name says it all. Get informed before you spout bullshit and make an idiot out of yourself again, k?

  • All I can say is that from my own experience, they've done a hell of a lot more in my community to clean up run-down, drug infested areas than any other group have done.

I am not a Scientologist and have no interest in their beliefs, I am just telling it as it is.

As for this video it is pretty fail. All that comes out is that they're taking some landing places. This is not even relevant to the subject. I don't know if they're useful there or not, but they've done a good job here.

  • greedy organized crime cult of scientology

  • Scientology is better for them than Christianity and Islam

    What good have they done?

  • That RT anchor tried so hard to get him to say what he was looking for. Scientology is a criminal mafia-style business disguised as a church. They are going to Haiti because the people are weak and vulnerable, and the higher-ups in the chain of command know they can get some money from them.

  • I'd rather let Al qaeda lay their healing hands on me. then allow these CultHeads touch me.

  • What a twisted story!! I can hardly believe it!

I personally loaded up hundreds and hundreds of pounds of food and water that was bought by donations of Scientologists and packed it up in JFK Airport to feed the starving and dying people of Haiti.

People I knew went to Haiti and saved lives. They did whatever the Doctors needed, we paid for Volunteer doctors and EMTs to fly over there free of charge and offer their work.

The Scientology Volunteer ministers did what was needed to save lives.

  • Make fun of scientologist for their crimes notfor help people dumb ass

  • how could the scilons touch other people knowing they may be infected with alien germs...maybe their leaders forgot about it, cause maybe there was money to be had somewhere? maybe they put on their strongest anti alien repellent?

  • So going to Haiti is proof that scientology is true? lolgd

  • scientology is evil! they're the real satanists, only caring about greed and spreading thier beliefs. and that would be fine but now they're getting in the way of things like medical help! they need to just go away.

  • ravi needs a comb

  • O_o he looks like he had little weed before he came in show.

  • They'll probabley be half dead and ur just wasting time for qulified doctors to actualy save lifes. THEY SAY WHAT ARE YOU CRIMES TO PEOPLE WHO GO AGAINST THEM....HEY U KNOW UR CRIMES : MURDER,BLACK MAIL, COVERING UP SHIT, AND PULLING FAMILIS APART. ANYTHING ELSE U GUYS WANA MAKE KNOWN. ??

  • These people make me laugh. Poor Hatti vicims where left scared and probabley burned due to gas ppes exsploding and these idiots turn up with their vitiman tablets and saunas with massage peeps 2 AS IF THAT WILL SOLVE ANYTHING. These people are ridicolus and their taking adavantage of the poor people of Hatti. WTF!. Little advice to you scientologist out there : QUIT THE SHIT!. You wouldn't give a person who has just had a 2 ton buildi on top of them viteman tablets cause it's not gonna work!.

  • It's not really about converting the Haitians, but rather trying to receive a better public image after all kinds of controversies inflicted with Scientology. Those members over there might really think they are helping and what they're doing might be well-intentioned.

But the idea of the high ranking members including Miscavige is this: "Helping" the Haitians -> better public image -> new members -> more money.

  • why would they go to haiti not enough money

  • erm... But in these videos it does show Scientologists getting food & supplies to these people. I mean that's what was in the boxes right? so you can't say they just went around doing touch assists.

  • @lauraleesmithagain

I believe they were handling the food but they were not the ones who actually supplied the food. They have a way of just budding in and helping to make them look good. They are there only for PR reasons and Scientology did not send food and especially not money.

  • OT - I tried to reply to a vulture minister video, and found myself "blocked". What the fuck is wrong with these people? Do they compile lists of users to "block" from making a comment?

Some Scn claimed that there were (get this) 200,000 cult volunteer ministers around the world. As soon as I went to expose this discrepancy as yet another statistic pulled out of the air, I found myself instantly blocked from making a comment. Interestingly, 100% of the comments were positive (heh). What dolts.

  • Disturbing. I see Scientology is battered and bloody but not unbowed. John Travolta is still chasing disasters and he and his people are groping the Haitians for Body Thetans. What bothers me is that many aid agencies were turned away but they allowed these freaks into the country

  • most relief orgs try to coordinate with goverment agencies and real 1st responders, scientologist tend to think everyone should coordinate to them, very single minded almost to that they are the most capable and the most important, and most other relief orgs dont make such a big deal about making sure the media coverage is there, scientologist are anti psychology and after a major catastrophy ppl will def need psychological trauma counseling

  • A shit load of people rushed to Haiti, only Scientology called the press.

  • I support any religious group giving actual aid, that said, Scientologists are obviously not trained doctors, and should not have used the powers that be to guarantee they are the ones flooding a disaster. Most volunteers there are NOT medically trained and it's against their very religion to offer 'drugs'. Vitamins and touch healing are not going to help someone who's been smashed by falling rock. If they really cared, they'd fly doctors and volunteers out regardless of their religion.

  • What is it with the empty boxes being discharged from the airplane? Look at the boxes lightly thrown in the air. What do they carry? Vitamins?

Scientologists have no skills that could help these people. They needed food, water, doctors, nurses and rescuers with dogs, not scientologists with vitamins! PR Stunt!

  • OMG!! Scientologist are touching people!! How dare they?!! F off - sooo wat!?

  • wolves guarding the sheep! wake up! trying to indoctrinate people with false religions from the pits of hell

  • very interesting to see an english speaking show from Russia.

  • SiFiology (pronounced Shitology) is all made up by L COn Hubbard. Phony balony designed to reck your memory, empty your bank acount and even kill you Google Lisa McPherson. Educate youself-- this is a satanic cult-- they do not belive in God or Heaven for example. The Sifi symbol that looks like a Christian cross- show an X going through it. They belive in a comic book character called Xenu and imginary things called Thetans-- all conjured up from the unstable L Con Hubbard

  • they are probably not trying to convert Haiti people (no money there), but a a big PR stunt to turn heads in their direction, and to justify milking hefty donations from the Scientologists. It gives them bragging rights, that's why.

Do some of the Scientologists there in Haiti just want to help? Sure, a lot of them are good people.

Im just saying donations could be better used through a reputable organization like the red cross.

  • Maybe you're right. I haven't been able to be on the front lines in one of these disasters so I can't directly compare the efficacy of the two groups.

However, i have seen a LONG line of (from numerous emergency workers and other UN-BIASED sources on the scene) that they are EXTREMELY helpful. I don't doubt that the Red Cross is as well.

I'm simply tired of people trying to sell a pre-conceived narratives from a heavily biased viewpoint.

  • I mean, let's cut the crap here.

If Scientologists do anything which you don't have an explanation for, you and your cohorts will nail them to the cross for the worse thing you could possibly imagine it being.

If they do something which is undeniably helpful and compassionate, you will twist it to make it fit a Machiavellian narrative, not entertaining for a moment that despite some wacky beliefs, they might actually desire to HELP the world.

Damned if they do, Damned if they don't.

    It's BS.

  • Moral of the story:

Try to have a tiny little shred of integrity here, folks. These are INDIVIDUALS getting paid NOTHING, leaving house and home to dedicate their time, donate their money, and risk their lives helping other people.

Just because they belong to a church you don't like (and probably know hardly anything about from first-hand experience) doesn't mean you can crucify them with your biased and utterly unfounded lies. It's persecution, plain and simple.

  • "These are INDIVIDUALS getting paid NOTHING,"

Scientology has gone much to far towards greed and cultist activities for anything they do to be considered good.

They are just doing this to gain positive publicity, because they HAVE done numerous bad things that have destroyed their reputation, and they are desperate to keep it afloat.

  • -- "Profiteering In Haiti" is an absurdly biased and factually FALSE title. The ministers do nothing to make money out there, and why in God's name would they go to the poorest country in the Western Hemisphere to do so??

  • followers = power.

can you imagine what would happens if the church of Scientology actually became the ruling power in a nation?

  • -- As a strict policy, they do not proselytize their religion while helping. They let their effective help and compassion speak for itself. [It's worth noting that they uphold this policy even while MANY other religious organizations DO proselytize (and are not torn apart in this biased manner)]

-- EVERY help organization must use that runway. John Travolta and his several TONS of food and supplies and people ready to help others should be turned away because..they have cooties? Ridiculous.

  • The facts are these:

-- Scientology Volunteer Ministers were the ONLY help group other than the Red Cross allowed at Ground Zero on 9/11, because of how effective their help was to emergency personnel.

-- They have been widely recognized by skeptics and friends alike to be a group that provides INCREDIBLY effective help for those in need.

  • These guys really are a couple of clowns.

Real Journalism IS NOT: coming with a preconceived idea of your subject and finding some way to prove that point.

Real Journalism IS: gathering factual data (not simply one pundits unsubstantiated opinion) DIRECTLY from the source, and seeing where the TRUTH lies.

  • From what people over there are saying the scientologist are going over there with money to buy food from local store to feed people there..........and "touch healing"......so basically two plan loads of people who are not needed there.

  • This was actually made me laugh it's such bad journalism. Not want one fact, no video, no interview all opinion. NBCs Today show did a real piece on what the Scientology Ministers are really doing in Haiti. People if you fall for everything you hear on the news without checking it our for yourself; it makes you a puupet.

  • @butterfliesandarrows

Andi if you fall for everything Scientology tells you without checking it out for yourself (i.e. investigating what happened during Operation Freakout, Operation Snow White, how Scientology's Disconnection policy breaks up families, how Fair Game still happens today, and how much of L. Ron Hubbard's accomplishment dictated by the Church of Scientology is fabricated), you are guilty of the exact same thing.

If bad journalism is defined to be "entheta" for you, so be it.

  • I dont know what you're talking about but it all sounds kind of wierd. All Im saying is that the two clowns in this video are not REPORTING, they are telling stories. Its different. Where are the facts, the interviews etc. Just sayin that the Today Show on NBC (also on you tube) had better journalism...which interviewed Scientologists, the doctors there and had video coverage of the "touching" that seems to be in questions. It was really interesting but this video is just GARBAGE.

  • This looks very similar to what mobsters used to do. Give free food to poor people and charities with the sole purpose of getting people to like them, get a good reputation and all that while doing the criminal activities.

  • wow that british guy is kinda a bitch!,like jeeze they are totally helping they are saving the place.they are just "toutching"the ppl! god

  • I have read a few books on the subjects of Scientology and Dianetics. Now, even I can tell that these guys really do not know what they are talking about.

This is just a prime case of poor journalism. Presented by a pair so called journalists that have not done their homework.

    Basically, complete crap!

  • Then perhaps you can read a few more things about Scientology. Like, you know, Operation Snow White, Operation Freakout, how they break up families, how they try to stop free speech, how they harass its critics, and finally, how they send Volunteer Ministers strictly for PR purposes, getting in the way of real relief groups and distributing THEIR supplies.

You can read more about the corrupt organization of Scientology by going to xenu(.)net

  • I think their presence is more of help than an obstacle to medical aid. That place needs as many people as possible to take care of the situation!

  • It's a dangerous cult look up scientology RPF camps

  • Its like these guys haven't even READ Dianetics...

  • Comment removed

  • no diff from christianiity

  • @o0AndromedaB0o NO. it's very different from christianity. scientology literally enslaves people

  • Some Middle-Eastern guy sitting on his flabby backside in New York railing about people who drop everything and go out to help. Thinks its okay when the Baptists do it but not someone from a different church. yeah, he's a 'gawker' but that's all he is, no real authority there.

  • @mimim407

Scientologists like you tend to make what might be called the "Argument from My Own Eyeballs". It seems they're saying that if you don't have any audio and visual footage of an actual event then the likelihood that that event took place should be doubted. If this style of reasoning was ever applied to the legal system convictions of criminals would go through the floor and chaos would ensue because we would be demanding a standard of evidence that is practically impossible to meet.

  • binary binary binary binary binary binary binary binary binary binary binary binary binary binary binary binary binary binary binary binary binary

    Sorry, wrong one

authority authority authority authority authority authority authority authority authority authority authority authority authority authority authority

I suppose you know alot about authority, being "authorities on the mind" and all?

Good thing he's gawking at scientology. Everyone should be wary of their PR and deception.

  • "binary binary binary" post directed @mimim407

  • $cientology sees the world this way:

One man with a picket sign:

    terrorism.

Five thousand people dead in a deliberate inferno: business opportunity.

  • @MegaFairGame ,

Your right mate ...subdifuge at the most basic level , just another opportunity for them to show the world they" care " at the expense of the very people they say they are trying to help!!! a cult with an agenda ...you bet a caring faction bent on helping unfortunates .....yeah help themselves maybe....look world press Scientology his helping out again ...we can't be all bad ....do they really think people are that stupid.

  • Their just scouting out new RPF camps. Yeaah u go David Miscarrige

  • scientology is a load of shit bags

  • @niccrant

Scientology is not a religion. During the 1950s, L. Ron Hubbard undertook a project of "religious cloaking", turning a system that had been promoted as a secular "science of mental health" into a religion through minor changes, such as referring to Scientology personnel as "ministers." This process has been detailed by former Scientologists. Furthermore, Scientology meets several characteristics of a cult, as defined by FACTNet.

  • @niccrant look up the definition of religion.

  • Religions dont torture and kill their own people. Search for Lisa McPherson

  • @RichardTaitor , come on you really did not say that...lol All religions of the world like christians have killed its member for years, look it up..Man have you read anything other then a BiBle..Muslem religion torture and Jessus freeks believe in killing other for religion

  • @niccrant Perhaps.. but it doesn't make it right!

Scientology is a religion made to make money and enslave minds through neuro-linguistic programming. And the concentration camps......

    google lisa mcpherson!

  • We ( Scientologist) are planning to take over the world, we will brain wash you and take all your money, there's nothing you can do about it. ha ha ha !!

  • Just like every other religion in the world...come on you can do better then that.

  • ever do research on elli perkins, her son and their connection to scientology. If you have heard of this case then you'll see why people hate scientology

  • Didn't know what to say to your well thought out description of this mafia org. So I thumbed up you.

  • Is that ravi guy indian or yemenite?

  • So what I'm getting from this is that Haitians may be desperate and superstitious, but one thing they are definitely not is stupid.

  • I grew up in this cult. They could give two poops and a hump about starving people and victims of disasters. SCIENTOLOGY DOES NOTHING, UNLESS IT PROFITS THEM SOMEHOW.

  • @SCIENTOLOGYAbuse really how long were you in the cult? Were you raised into the cult or did you get involved much later in life?

  • It's just a plan to iprove their PR, they never did anything for Katrina, when have you heard them be involved in any other form of charity.

  • @rainbowspite222 they were there during the George Tech shooting offering help and trying to recruit people, until the news media caught them and critized them and they left.

  • You know what they were doing there? They were auditing kids because the "traumatizing situation" left them emotionally ruined.

Auditing costs money. They were using Georgia Tech for more money.

  • isnt that shit so sad, to use tradegy to gain profit. Its like people who lied for donations for victims of 911 and they pocketed the money.

  • @OaktownWhiteboy I'm sorry, but "Least they're doin' sometin" only applies if they're donating from afar. The landing slots were supposed to be reserved for medical professionals and recognized volunteer organizations. You can't have unprepared and unskilled people go out and do a doctor's job, because it can only do more harm than good. It's like sending a retard to put out a wildfire.

  • At least most religious charities actually provide food and water, and are usually much more prepared than Scientologists. Sure, there are some there who are only out to convert, but it varies depending on which church and which organization.

Scientology however, is central, and their way of doing things has to be done all the same. And any Non-Scientologist who had to work with them always say that they do nothing but get in the way and try to put themselves first before all emergency pros.

  • Too bad Scientology is not a religion.

  • Have you tried telling them that :))

  • Comment removed

  • I like the background graphic: "PROFITEERING IN HAITI"

Yeah, they are there for the profits. The big, big profits to be made in Haiti....one of the poorest countries in the world......before the earthquake....uh, yeah. Flying over jets of supplies and doctors and volunteers- I'm sure theres lots of profit in that. Maybe the Scientologists are going to steal all the rice.

  • @coronet67

It is already established that Scientologists don't come down to Haiti to turn Haitians into Scientologists. I mean, why would they? There's no money to be gained.

They go down to disaster areas for the purposes of PR and photo opportunities. If they can show the world they are helping those in Haiti through photo ops, they can cover up the human rights abuses and all of the negative PR they've gained over the past two years since the Anonymous emergence.

  • Scientology crooks, trying to swingle money and public relations from victims, doners, and the clueless. Good fucking grief.

These fucking crooks pulled the same crimes in the aftermath of the September 11th attacks, *deliberately* working to disrupt relief efforts and having to get re-captured and escorted back behind police lines over and over, diverting rescue workers, fire fighters, and cops.

cosvmDOTorg even contains intercepted emails from these insane crooks' mailing lists.

  • People about to have surgery should not have "food water or vitamins". It can cause nausea and vomiting which is the last thing you need to be doing in a disaster area like Haiti. (Spread of disease, loss of precious water)

Furthermore, these people aren't medically trained doctors. They do not know what's best for the patients. Yet they attempt to use their "healing methods" on the superstitious people of Haiti. Imagine you are a devoted Christian and someone tries to heal you with voodoo.

  • Reporting from Haiti.

As of right now we are being turned away and barred from entry every where we go in Haiti. Our yellow shirts no longer work, and we have taken to sneaking in to relief areas in different shirts so they don't know who we are. So far we have touch assisted dozens of people on camera with real medical teams in the back ground: you can see our publicity effort on our web site. No matter how often we hinder relief efforts, we will be in there selling our services. ARC.

  • Why would you think hindering relief efforts on Haiti is a good thing?

  • What, you don't think Scientology crooks can't rook and swindle money and public relations lies from the misfortune of others? This is America, baby! Organized crime syndicates like Scientology are free to do whatever the fuck they want, including flying to Haiti to swindle money from victims and doners while posting for cameras so photograhs can be used to get Republican piles of traitorshit to give them money for their "chairty works."

It's all free enterprise in a Democracy, ya know.

  • If you watch the videos promoted on YouTube by the church of Scientology, you'll notice that comments are disabled or edited so that only positive PR gets printed. They would NEVER allow open comments like this video.

This is because Scientology is all about image and selling a product. This is the goal of the "volunteer ministers" in Haiti -- to get on as many cameras as possible while wearing their yellow shirts. Travolta should have just sent the supplies and left the "VMs" at home.

  • wow those scientologist are nuts!

  • "On the way back, the plane stopped in Miami and did not go on to New York, stranding all the doctors and EMTs and journalists who expected to get back. After much fighting, the Scientologist representative agreed to fly any of the EMTs that "absolutely couldn't afford the ticket" on Jet Blue from Fort Lauderdale. I heard there were complications but had bought my own ticket because I was fed up with their weirdness."

  • "One nurse told me that the Scientologists actually caused harm — they gave food to people who were scheduled to go into surgery. That then led to complications in the operating theater."

  • "But they had no-one who spoke Creole, and they brought the weirdness of touch healing into a very superstitious society. They'd leave the tent and come into the general hospital downtown, and try healing people. One of the doctors and one of the nurses told me that the wounded started coming to them to tell them they didn't want to be treated by the people in the yellow shirts."

  • "The doctors and EMTs in our party headed straight downtown to start working. The Scientologists had nowhere to go, and nowhere to put up the big yellow tent they'd brought for touch healing people in. They went to the UN, and managed to get on to their list of approved NGOs somehow. That meant they could set up in the UN grounds."

  • "By the time we arrived in Haiti, after a stopover in Miami, we had missed three landing slots at the airport. Aid agencies — genuine aid agencies — from other countries were being turned away, refused permission to land. But we still got a slot straight away. The guy who ran our charter seemed to think that the Scientologists had some real influence with the US Government, who were assigning the slots."

  • Continued....

"I asked another guy what he'd packed and he said he hadn't bothered to bring soap or toilet paper or food, but that he'd just "buy whatever I need at Port-au-Prince airport." I couldn't break it to him.

They had no place to stay, and no supplies — their idea was to use the ton of money they had to buy food to distribute when they got there. But there was no food and no water. That was the point."

  • From Gawker, "Scientologists in Haiti: A Firsthand Account":

"I arrived at JFK last week, ready to go.

I knew we were traveling with doctors and EMTs, but I didn't expect to see 50 scientologists, in their yellow shirts with Volunteer Minister on them. They were completely unprepared for going to a third world country, let alone a disaster zone. One girl was in designer cowboy boots. I asked her if she'd brought any sturdier footwear.

'Oh no, these'll be fine.' "

  • Have these "news" guys lifted a finger to help because they are talking with clips of people actually in Haiti working, loading up a truck for example. People who dropped what they were doing and flew over there to help. If you turn off the sound and just watch the video it looks like they ARE helping a lot.

  • @coronet67

The problem with these Volunteer Ministers is not that they're not helping. Let me itemize the problems for you:

    (1) The VMs are there looking for photo opportunities and PR purposes. They don't go down there exclusively to bring food, water, and medical aid - they distribute their Way to Happiness pamphlets, set up a yellow tent, and perform touch assists.

    (2) In one reported incident, a Scientologist gave food and water to a Haitian about to undergo surgery.

    They are vultures.

  • How do you know this? You were there?

You are very willing to spread any discreditable rumor. Are you in Haiti helping?

  • The "were you there" argument is sourced from the fact that Scientologists tend to make what might be called the "Argument from My Own Eyeballs". It seems they're saying that if you don't have any audio and visual footage of an actual event then the likelihood that that event took place should be doubted. If this was ever applied to the legal system convictions of criminals would fall through and chaos would ensue, demanding a standard of evidence that is practically impossible to meet.

  • Well, how about any evidence instead of rumor?

    Rumors are better, I know.

    They are more useful.

  • @coronet67

YouTube "toothless bullbaiter" and you see how Scientologists keep saying "prove it" repeatedly. You've obviously missed the point of my earlier message in that, to you, "evidence" consists of only things that only you yourself experience. Your standard of evidence involves me and you being in the same room and looking at the same document.

So you tend to use what is known as the "argument from my own eyeballs".

    David Miscavige beats his staff.

    truthrundown(.)org.

  • @coronet67

Evidence? Look at this video and first-had accounts.

This comment has numerous quotes by people "who were there" who decry the presence of Scientologists.

  • god scientology is bullshit!!!!!!

  • f-ing scientologists. Travolta and Cruise and all the other idiots should be taken somewhere, done something to and then YouTubed for the world to see. They deserve something really... REALLY bad happening to them.

  • Yea sure handing out vitimins is ok but thats not their great plan. Its always about what they can get. Im guessing scince these people dont have money to milk out $cientology is going to try to convert them and set up some way for them to do labor.

    That and get good PR.

  • Scientology isn,t a religion , i just researched it , they are a want to be religion maybe but they charge money for all their services ,every member pays a lot of money and time to get any status in the following ,unless its a promo , everything cost money , its hard to understand how a cult following of a fictionalize author can claim religion ,seems to be literally 1000s of videos calling them a cult on you tube lol , i must be pretty out of the loop , i never heard about them before ?

  • @NurembergPrinciples

You are correct.

  • OpenComments no kiddin i went and watched a few videos after watching this , creepy stuff , well that's cults for ya i guess , anywho peace out

  • Scientology is also highly debilitative. People who attempt to regain their lives after walking away from the notorious Scientology corporation have a very difficult time with it, even more difficult than victims of real cults like the Moonies. Scientology is the hardest to recover from according to a variety of studies which examined where people's heads are at after having been non-customers / followers for a decade. Scientology hurts people's brains the worse of any criminal enterprise.

  • Thank you for researching BEFORE you commented, since you never heard of them before this. And thank God, now one more person knows how dangerous and devious they are.

  • scientology is most likely doing this to regain good publicity..

    Good Publicity = More Followers/Money...

In my honest opinion, I have no problems with Scientology's beliefs. I have a big problem with the church's avarice and their methods of protecting their church (through spying, harassment, and murder) from people who are critical about it. These critics are merely using their freedom of speech.

  • Agreed

  • people helping other people.... nothing more

  • Criminals rooking and swindling victims and doners trying to help... nothing more.

  • If you like it or not Scientology is a religion. Just because it is not based on Jesus or your god does not make it any less a religion. Its their belief and there is nothing wrong with someone else having a belief different the mind or yours. Christianity/muslems/Jews and many other religions have a evil and crazy some what mad background to them. But for you to say that someone helping other who need it is wrong is just fucked up. They help people that is good religion to me!

  • bullshit ,its a cult nothing more nothing less

  • Christians don't lock people in hotel rooms until they die terrible deaths(Lisa Mcpherson). Jews dont attack, lie about, and destroy everyone who wont folow their religion. Muslims dont charge $100,000 for enightenment. No real religeon does. They are not a cult because they dont believe in jesus or god. You dont see us talking about Buda or Darwin right now. They hide behind the idea we oppose beliefes. Its about their cruel, disqusting, illeagle actions. They are a cult. They do hurt people.

  • @killur27 Even tho I hate $cientology, christianity and other main religions have way much more blood on their hands that $cientology is not even close to as of now. All religion or cults are made to control your mind.

  • None of the mainstream religions practice and encourage anything to the extent fair game is applied. The majority of these religions do not apply fairgame tactics as institutionalized policies;Scientology does.

Activities this sect is currently participating in haven't been seen since the dark ages. It was wrong then and it's wrong now. Just because people used to burn witches, heretics, and atheists, does that make a new religion doing the same thing today alright? No, of course it doesn't.

  • @OpenComments Yes, but there is still blood spilled in the name of these religions today still. I guess most of humanity is just too weak not to fall for bullshit fairy tales.

  • @mentalholocaust

Blood is spilled due to a religious individual's interpretation of their faith, whereas in the case of Scientology, it is actually the organization doing harm. I don't say that to excuse those abuses of other faiths but rather to illustrate the difference.

Religious beliefs are besides the point, however. Anybody can believe what they want. It is the Scientology policies, not beliefs, that are harmful. And when they sent Scientologists for PR only, they mislead the public.

  • Except that Scientology is not a religion. It's orgnized crime. When it comes to contrasting traditional organized crime syndicates, Scientology's body count and horrid human rights and civil rights abuses are on par with other organized criminal enterprises.

  • @niccrant I agree, but NO ONE should be going over there to promote their religion at all but thats what most of them seem to do because they love converting people when they are at a weak point.

  • "Christianity/muslems/Jews and many other religions have a evil and crazy some what mad background to them."

    Wait, but you just said..

"Its their belief and there is nothing wrong with someone else having a belief different the mind or yours. "

This only applies to Scientology? Scientology is a cult. Scientology completely disregarded the burden of proof in their "religious beliefs". Why would you believe something with no evidence whatsoever? You have to pay for membership!

  • No, Scientology is not a religion. Even the drug addled insane conman L. Ron Hubbard said it was not.

  • It has NOTHING to do with their beliefs. Research. Research. Research!!! It's what the management does to the followers (the scientologists) that is horrid. You obviously know nothing of what goes on within this cult. And until you do.....shut the fuck up!!

  • Scientology is the only hope for mankind. We are the authorities of the mind, we are the only ones who can create a new and better reality. So many SPs are stuck on their timetrack in electronic incidents and only we can help. I am an OVTIII, the highest level in Scientology, I should know.

  • @Lingerfoot

Don't woory, we will clear all the planet and the ones we can't unenturbulate will be treated like Hubbard said: The other is to dispose of them quietly and without sorrow.

  • So you have the highest knowledge on a bullshit intelligent design story with 0-evidence? Tell me, what proof do you have of Xenu other than Hubbard's work?

  • @jonrd21

    Logic and common sense!

  • @GeorgeIsOTVIII

What about them? Refresh my memory on what we're talking about.

  • @jonrd21

Scientology is the only hope for mankind, so it is logic and common sense to apply Scientology to your life. If you don't, then you are NUTS.

  • @GeorgeIsOTVIII

    You mean Scamology?

    "Scientology...is not a psycho-therapy nor a religion." - L. Ron Hubbard's "Creation of Human Ability" p251

  • Tom, this mission is impossible. lol.

    nice try Tom.

  • Watch my video. It's about Haiti, earth catastrophe and our planet as we lives in.

    Thanks for stopping by!

  • Luckily the people of Haiti were very superstitious about the Scientologists and quickly realised that they were not helping anyone whatsoever they were only getting in the way of much needed medical care as usual! One of the doctors and one of the nurses told me that the wounded started coming to them to tell them they didn't want to be treated by the people in the yellow shirts. Way to go Scientology I hope that you are proud!

  • l ron hubbard is the man who invented scientology.

i thought once that scientology might be a great religion to adopt(after all the scientific method is accomplishing great achievements).

after reading mr hubbards books i have to say scientology is completely absurd and there is nothing scientific about it, it is sensetivity training at its best.

get the hell out of haiti they need all the REAL help they can get.

  • u can believe in whatever you want. y i personally dont like scientology is they try to trap you in with free stress test (which are rigged), they attack everyone who challenges it, they extort secrets and $ outta all their members and finally they systematically break you down mentally and build you up in their image (brainwashing)
