  • Bikel ( Captain Von Trapp) is coming to Toronto on August 21st at Beth Emeth synagogue! It's Ashkenaz Foundation's greatest Yiddish concert of the year. See you there!

  • I had a good cry for my darling old friends. Thank you so much for posting this great song!!

  • Wow, what a terrific song. Thanks.

It makes me think back to all my old friends.

  • Arlo is a national treasure. It's a pity more people can't appreciate his refinement!!

  • Diese lied gaffelt mir sehr, aber der intro ist zu lang. Lang, aber ganz lustig.

  • harold leventhal --- a folk legend

  • A florist friend decorates graves & I there's 1 grave where the couple's been dead 40+ years and relatives are still paying to decorate the grave. When the money didn't arrive this year, my friend decorate the grave anyway. No one can ask for more than family that remembers 40+ years after you're gone (as long as they remember while you're still alive, of course).

  • No one can have to many old friends. Thanks Arlo.
