This is tragic news i only found out yesturday and was soo shocked about it....for some reason i dont think his death is innocent...i think some one is behind it as the way he died i just cannot beleive nothing makes sense..am sure he knoew how to swim otherwise y qould he get in the pool and that too on his own?? doesnt add up

By all means not condemning, but, a name is just an illusion."Na koi hindu, na koi muslim" why can't religion be about humanity, that is one e of the main reasons why I consider myself a sikh, not to be proudy or whatever, but, its practicality and simplicity, religion divides people, if you let it, but, its a path to reach god, and if one has a clean heart? why does it matter if you are a muslim, hindu or sikh for that matter? From what I have seen and read in the news, the whole drowning story is not convincing, a possibility, but, where is the hard core evidence? I hope im wrong, but, I think he was murdered. My heart really goes to his family, I can't even imagine what they are going through, its a tragedy, and I hope if its a drowning, R.I.P., if it was a murder, may justice be done, to show not only Punjab, but India as a whole, that no man is above teh law, India and corruption, its not secret.

i cant even imagine what the Sodhi family must be going through after losing their beloved son. He was not only a talented singer but also an amazing brother, son, friend, and a role model for many.

He was from very religious family.his uncle dr charan kawal singh runs study circle,AP at guruangaddev veterinary universityat pau. that do a lot social work.he was god's man deep down from his heart.you can tell from his face how much innocence is there. The Creator has created such a mystery about death, that even if we realise where we have gone when we leave this world, we will not be able to tell anyone. So lets leave religion out of it guys, just this once, and remember him as a human being, nothing else.

I would like to offer my heartfelt and deepest sympathies on hearing of brother Ishmeet Singh's death. Any death is a tragedy, whoever it is, even if it is your biggest enemy. Death is the only thing that unites us all, whether we are Hindu, Muslim, Sikh or any of the other hundreds of religions on this planet.

There were boards which clearly stated that there were no lifeguards on duty and people who didn't know how to swim that well weren't allowed in the pool. Sumitra and Vyom kept telling Ishmeet not to go to the depth. He first joked about drowning and then started laughing,exactly why his friends thought he was joking when he started drowning for real. The scar on his forehead is believed to happen when the people tried to take him out of the pool -what i found out from reports from the Maldives-

There are so many qualities that ishmeet had, they are far too numerous to recount. His compassion, kindness, and gentle being will be sadly missed by us.

Ishmeet Singh is a real Sikh.He kept his sikhi saroop.Ismeet has gone in the world where there is no killings ,no back bitting where there is only the true name of God.Ishmeet was a so good singer that God wanted him sing in heaven as well ,thats why Ishmeet has gone to god to sing beautiful rhyms with his beautiful voice.The ppl who killed Ishmeet are loosers ,Ishmeet got that which they can not even dream of and will die where they will not even get water.Ishmeet we will be always proud of u.
