I'd love to be a games tester part time, soon ill be doing a computer games art coarse at uni because im wanting to become a 3D modeler, I just want to get some experiance in the industry.

Yeah its a good idea to get some other qualifications as i dont think you would want to do this for the rest of your life :D

just some local guy who did it professionally. Have a look in your area, local ones are cheaper than the big online cv writers

Hey man im really looking to try to find a job testing games bacause i play vidoes alot and want to get somewhere so i was wondering on your blog i went to that link and signed up for only for gamers or something and it wanted me to buy the book and i was wondering if thats what you did and did that get you a job?

you dont need to spend any money to get a games testing job. I only spent money because I am useless at writing resumes, and because I wanted to find out about the interview. If you can get someone to help you for free then thats awesome

You are right, it can be boring sometimes, and get a bit frustrating. I am trying to move into another area of the industry now as I need a change

what did u put on your resume? like past games played? or work history?

A mixture of things, I put a brief bit in about what type of games I like, and tried to show examples of times when I have demonstrated skills that games testers need so stuff like good observation skills, report writing, and concentration. But I just paid someone local to write my resume :)
