  • how about weider amino acids 6000 ? any suggestion?

  • thank you!

  • Whats the difference between amino acids nd proteins? I know like chicken, fish, protein powder, etc. are proteins, and things like olives, flaxseed and avocado are amino acids, but whats the difference, nd how do they work/ affect your body?? Like amino acids are the "building blocks of proteins" but what does that mean? does this mean when u consume proteins your body breaks it down then builds it back up(into mussel?) & does this mean amino acids turn directly into protein/mussel? plz help!!

  • @nikopikox amino acids are basically proteins with essential and non essentials , but it's just an easier way to consume protein for people who don't eat much , it's also made to be absorbed faster than food , so after working out it is absorbed faster to repair muscle fibers :D

  • If you have food allergies take them, if not their already in protein shakes and food.

  • Can someone help me out here?

Which Amino Acid is best for Building and preserving Muscle? Leucine? That's the one I feel I need

Is this good or am I missing anything-

    Creatine+Leucine with Water (before workout)

    --workout--

    Creatine+Leucine with Water (Post-workout)

Whey Protein shake (Post-workout, seperate Drink though)

My goal is to suitably recover and start the building process asap after the gym, while striving to consume the optimum amounts of food and supps to be lean + strong

  • Does amino acids taken daily stunt your growth for teens?

  • @Redneck9503 you my friend are a dumbass

  • @Redneck9503 Nope, there are 100% stable my friend

  • I think im more confused now than before lol! All I wanted to know is what they do...I think they enhance the process of absorbing protein?

  • @D4W5ON I think that's what they do.They help the muscle to absorve the protein better and faster.

  • @D4W5ON yeah, i think they pretty much help with everything. i think he was saying they help "break down" the proteins or whatever you decide to take.
